The masterclass targets three groups:
1. Mental Health Professionals: Enhances their understanding of trauma, teaching trauma-informed care and resilience-building strategies.
2. Individuals Directly Affected by Trauma: Provides a supportive environment for understanding, acknowledging experiences, learning coping strategies, and beginning healing.
3. Community Leaders and Educators: Offers insights into trauma's impact on individuals and communities, vital for creating supportive environments and resilience-focused systems.
Participants will learn about the psychological and physiological impacts of trauma, recognition and articulation of personal trauma, practical coping mechanisms, personal resilience strategies, and how to create a personalized healing plan. The masterclass also focuses on building a community support network. By the end of the webinar, participants will have a clear understanding of trauma's complex nature, recognize and manage triggers, and develop skills to build resilience.
