Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
Ingredients
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tsp white sugar
1 cup warm water (43 degrees C)
2 +1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp olive oil (split into 1 TBSP and 1 TBSP)
1 tsp salt
Method:
2. . Stir in flour, salt and half the oil (1 TBSP). Beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
3. Let rest for 5 minutes.
4. Add the remainder of the oil (1 TBSP) to a large plastic freezer bag or large bowl. Spread it around the entire surface. Label your bag with PERMANENT MARKER.
5. Add the dough to the bag or bowl and seal it or put saran wrap on it. Let it sit on the counter UNDISTURBED and at the end of class, place it into the fridge.
