Job Description:
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Birthday Gold is a key member of the senior management team, responsible for overseeing the organization's ongoing operations and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure the smooth running of the business.

- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to set company policies and vision.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize profitability.
- Lead the performance and strategy of various departments including customer service, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Ensure the company's operational processes remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chief Operations Officer or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Salary:
The salary for the Chief Operations Officer at Birthday Gold is expected to range from $150,000 to $220,000 annually. This range is competitive for a startup environment and reflects the COO's critical role in shaping the company's operational strategy and efficiency. Additionally, equity or stock options may be offered as part of the compensation package, aligning the COO's interests with the long-term success of the company.
