SPACE APPLICATION

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT AND RECEIPT

We are trying to avoid a full-fledged contract and hope this will meet your needs.

PARTICPANT LOCATIONS:

TENT space (10x10 or greater tent; located on a closed street)

Green St. SIDEWALK space (5x10 or greater) –Your area must be entirely on the sidewalk - no extension into the street to allow space for the combines.

Washington St. SIDEWALK space - (10x10 tent max) - Space for up to a 10x10 canopy tent but exhibitor space limited to 5x10 to allow foot traffic to pass by without walking into the street.

SIZE AND FEE SCHEDULE: For 2018 we are again using a base fee of $25 for a space.  Larger spaces are available in 5' increments.  Tent space example- a 10' x 15' Tent space would total $30.00.  Sidewalk space example- a 5' or 10x 15' space would total $30.00.

There is no fee for non-profit, community group, or church space, but
