Meeting Notes:

1. Lake shared state of financial accounts. No questions from board.
2. Devyn reminded about tax needs.
3. Met with HIV Alliance, TransPonder, Eugene Performing Arts Center, and Eugene Pride to discuss community center creation. All 5 organizations working together to get a space for us and queers in the community to use. Next meeting is 3/21, Lake will update as updates occur.
4. Tabling Diversity Policy for next meeting/having a quorum present.
5. Meeting with HIVA & TransPonder 3/14/23 to coordinate summer events
