Article I, Section 3, Clause 6: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present. Article 2, Section 1 Before he [the President] enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." 14th Amendment, Section 3 No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.	By what authority are the administrative committees of the 5-Star Variance program operating? Will they swear an oath of office? If so, how can they swear to protect and defend the Constitution while the program itself is designed to infringe upon the rights of business owners and citizens alike? Why would we allow unelected officials/ bureaucrats to have authority over our Life & Property?	13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.
Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.	This has happened for sure—regular broadcasts from Polis himself on the pandemic and emergency orders	20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, and policymaking positions.

Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
	Coloradoans are called “SELFISH BASTARDS” by Governor Polis. Our Founding Fathers would have resisted Polis’ unconstitutional overreach of power, and therefore, they would have been considered SELFISH BASTARDS as well!	30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."
Article I, Section. 1: All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. Article II, Section. 1: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. Article III, Section. 1: The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. Article I, Section. 7: All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills. Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States: If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law....If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law.	Each county must set up an administrative committee responsible for implementing the program. The committee must include the Local Public Health Agency (LPHA) because they are the agency that has jurisdiction over development, compliance, and enforcement of public health orders, but the LPHA should not be primarily responsible for the administration or coordination of the committee. The committee should include other partners like the local Chamber of Commerce, nonprofits, local elected leaders, and industry association members. In addition, members of the community at large should be a part of the administrative committee. How will the administrative committee issue single warning citations, and then revoke certifications for non-compliant businesses? By what authority can CDPHE impose any restrictions upon the rights of The People? And by authority can CDPHE delegate their authority to unelected individuals to enforce upon the citizenry?	32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
See Goal #29 above		33. Eliminate all laws or procedures, which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
Amendment 14, Section 1 All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.	5-Star is focused upon small businesses, especially restaurants, and will impose oppressive regulations upon them while big box stores continue to do business as usual without receiving 5-Star surveillance. Small businesses will be eliminated.	37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.

Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].
