Objective: This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the responsibilities and procedures for checking, adding and maintaining drivers within the company.

Notes: Probationary status means that if they get any more violations they will not be insurable.

1. Log into:

1. Might need a verification code from mikes gmail.

2. Go to “More” and click Drivers

3. Click Add Driver

1. If checking status of someone's driver's license, click Prospective Driver.
2. It says middle name is not required, but it requires you to add one.
3. “Relationship to insured” will be “All others” if not related to owner.

4. Status should update quick. If a rush, can call Reva(assistant for federated insurance) at 844-530-8989
