Alta Vista High School has an immediate part-time social worker opening. Alta Vista High School is an ‘A’ rated school uplifting the South Tucson community. We are looking for an appropriately qualified social worker, preferably with an MSW, who is driven, energetic, and hardworking - to put in 2-3 days of support a week - as a member of our strong team.

Requirements:
- · Holds a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- -AND-
- A Bachelor’s Degree (required) or a Master’s Degree (preferred) in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling (required) from an accredited institution. Official transcript(s) required.
- -AND-
- · 1-3 years of social work experience or the equivalent, providing the skills and knowledge necessary to plan and implement meaningful and effective guidance and counseling activities.
- · Excellent skills in project planning and in coordinating multiple short- and long-term projects.
