Clothing for Water Days:
Fridays are Fun Friday for Discovery, Jumpstart, and Adventure campers! We’ll have exciting activities like water slides, foam parties, bounce houses, and more. Each Friday, we’ll provide details on what your child should wear in order to fully participate in these activities.
Inclement Weather:
Florida summers often bring unpredictable weather, and we plan accordingly. Our Thor Guard system alerts us to nearby lightning, and when it sounds, all children will be brought inside. If this occurs during dismissal, please be prepared to exit your vehicle and pick up your child from their class.
We have rainy day activities ready in advance, offering indoor alternatives for our campers. However, please be aware that there may be delays during dismissal if storms occur.
In the event the National Hurricane Center issues a tropical storm or hurricane warning for our area, Benjamin Summer Programs will close until it is safe to resume. As mentioned in the waiver you signed during registration, we will not issue refunds or credits for closures due to extreme weather conditions.
Refund Policy:
Please note that once registration and payment are submitted, we are unable to offer refunds. To ensure proper staffing and provide an organized, structured summer program, we cannot accommodate any changes. This policy is outlined in the waiver included with your registration.
Additionally, make-up days are not available. As space in our programs is limited, we cannot guarantee availability.
