Base44 Klaviyo Integration – User Guide

1. Connect your Klaviyo account

There are two ways to connect your Klaviyo account in a Base44 app:

Option 1: From the Integrations panel

• Open your Base44 application
• Navigate to the Integrations section
• Locate Klaviyo and click Connect
• Complete the OAuth authorization process

Option 2: From within the app interface

• After prompting the app, a “Connect to Klaviyo” button will appear in the chat
• Click “Connect to Klaviyo” and complete the OAuth authorization process

2. Confirm connection

• After connecting, your Klaviyo account will be linked to the app
• The app can now access permitted Klaviyo data based on approved scopes

3. Use the integration

Once connected, the app can send data to Klaviyo, including:

• Customer profiles – create or update user data
• List membership – add users to specific audiences

4. Notes

• Available functionality depends on the scopes approved for the integration
• Ensure required fields (such as email, list name, or event name) are provided
• If the connection expires, reconnect your Klaviyo account
