Modify a Seating Chart

As a teacher, you can move student photos, select information to display for each student, such as, Show Gender and Grade, and change the Seat Chart Dimensions of the grid. In the Seating Chart Configuration section, you can show/hide the photos, all day attendance, gender & grade, current mark, birthdays and more.                    

1. From the TeacherVUE homepage, click the Edit button.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Use the instructions in the graphic below to modify your seating chart.
   
   Note: When making modifications to your chart, to see all the students, you may need to enlarge your grid by increasing the Seating Chart Dimensions. Also, to view additional information for a student, such as Participants in ELL or Participants in special Education, check the Show Notifications option.
   
3. Click Save when finished.
