The Experience
What can I expect from Bright Festival?
The exhibition brings together digital and interactive installations, immersive experiences, performances audiovisuals, virtual reality and artificial intelligence simulations, and live performances created by digital artists and international creative studios.
Where is the experience held?
At the Stazione Leopolda, a former railway station from the late 1800s located in the center of Florence
Will the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience will be held indoors. Out the front, there will be a large outdoor plaza with music.
Does the experience meet anti-COVID health standards?
The experience follows local anti-COVID health regulations.
Is the experience suitable for hearing-impaired people?
Yes, in that many experiences are visual and interactive.
Will it be possible to buy food and drinks at the venue?
Yes, it is possible to buy food and drinks.
Is it possible to take photos and/or videos during the experience?
Yes.
How long does the experience last?
The full experience lasts 2 hours.
Can I pay in cash?
Online tickets can only be purchased by card. Tickets can be purchased on site with cash.
Accessibility
Is it mandatory to wear a mask?
Masks are not required to enter the event, as specified by current health regulations.
Is it necessary for me to arrive on time for my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving at the time indicated on the ticket.
What happens if I arrive late?
If the doors are closed, you will not be able to access the event.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, only small ones.
Are there any age requirements?
The event is suitable for all ages!
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes
Is there parking available?
Yes, there are public parking spaces, located in the street next to the entrance.
What objects are forbidden at the experience?
Weapons, pepper spray , blunt instruments.
Is the facility easily accessible?
The facility is both wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Are free tickets available for accompanying persons?
People with disabilities, as stipulated by Law 104, will pay a reduced price, while the accompanying person can enter for free.
I can't find my ticket - what can I do?
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you just need to show the QR Code received via email at the entrance to the event.

Is it possible to buy tickets at the venue?
We recommend buying tickets in advance; on-site purchase will be subject to capacity and availability.
Where can I buy tickets?
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, as explained by the terms of purchase. In exceptional cases, we can change the reservation time/date (subject to availability). Please contact us for more information. Please include your ticket number.
