Client Packet
Terms of Service
- Late Payment Fee: Each invoice not paid within 30 days is subject to a $100 late fee.
- No Show Fee: Our technicians will use the information provided on your Work Orders (gate code, lockbox code, etc) in order to gain access to the property where the work will be performed. If information is missing on the Work Order and our technician cannot gain access to the property while on site, we will call you on the phone number we have on file for you. If there is no answer, after 15 minutes of our technician waiting, our technician will leave the site and you will be assessed a $100 no-show fee. The No Show Fee may also apply in the event that we scheduled with a tenant, and the tenant is not available to let us into the property.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Jobs canceled within 24 hours of their appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the estimated labor for the job.
