Device repairs and maintenance

Agrigistics assists in maintaining and repairing all devices purchased through us. Agrigistics makes use of local suppliers to carry out all repairs for devices.

Repair Process

  1. Please send an email to nicole@agrigistics.co.za and indicate you would like submit a device for repairs
  2. You will receive an email with instructions on the repair process and a device repair booking form of the local supplier that will carry out the repair
  3. When packaging the broken device/s, the following information is required. Failure to send the package with this information will result in delays.
  1. Attention: Agrigistics
  2. Farm Name
  3. Name + Surname
  4. Email address
  1. Once the parcel arrives at the repair centre, you will receive a confirmation email
  1. Customers are responsible for courier costs
  1. After the device/s are diagnosed, you will receive a quotation with the amount payable for repairs
  1. If the device is still under warranty and damage is determined to be a factory fault, repairs will be free of charge
  1. The payment will be made directly to the repair facility
  1. Customers are responsible for the repair cost
  1. Once the repair is completed, the device/s will be returned to Agrigistics for software installation
  1. Devices will be inspected and configured for data capturing
  1. After inspection, the device/s will be couriered to the customer
  1. Customers are responsible for courier costs
