The 7 steps to prove viruses do not exist:
1. Virologists interpret the death of cells in the laboratory as viral. Due to the lack of control attempts (experiments), they overlook the fact that they kill the cells in the laboratory themselves and unintentionally by starving and poisoning the cells. This misinterpretation is based on a single publication by John Franklin Enders and a colleague from June 1, 1954. This publication was ruled by the highest court in Germany in the measles virus trial that it contained no evidence of a virus. This publication became the exclusive basis not only for measles virology, but for all virology since 1954 and corona hysteria.

2. Virologists mentally assemble the shortest pieces of so-called genetic information from dying cells to form a very long genetic strand, which they output as the genetic strand of a virus. This conceptual / computational process is called alignment. In doing so, they did not make the control attempts, the attempt to conceptually / computationally construct the desired genetic strand even from short pieces of so-called genetic information from non-infected sources.
3. For the alignment of a virus, virologists always need a given genetic strand of a virus. For this, however, they always use a genetically / computationally generated genetic strand and never a real one, one found in reality. In doing so, they never attempt to check whether or not so-called genetic information could also be constructed from the existing data set, including “viral” genetic material strands of completely different viruses.
Bioinformatics is nebulous. Bioinformaticians do not check whether the results of software processing are found in reality. What Bioinformaticians do is check something that doesn't exist in reality with something that doesn't exist in reality. Virology + Bioinformatics = Zero Science.

4. Virologists have never seen or isolated “viruses” in humans, animals, plants or their fluids. They only did it seemingly, indirectly, and only ever by means of very special and artificial cell systems in the laboratory. They never mentioned the control attempts or documented whether they succeeded in depicting and isolating viruses in and from humans, animals, plants or their fluids.
5. Virologists have never isolated, biochemically characterized or obtained their supposed genetic material from the supposed viruses that they photograph using electron microscope images. They have never conducted or published control experiments as to whether, after isolating these structures, it was actually possible to detect “viral” proteins (the envelope of the virus) and, above all, the viral genome, which is supposed to be the central component and characteristic of a virus.
6. Virologists report typical artifacts of dying tissue / cells and typical structures that arise when the cell's own components such as proteins, fats and the solvents used are swirled, as viruses or viral components. Here, too, there are no control experiments with cells / tissues that were not infected but were also treated.
7. The so-called transmission attempts that virologists make to prove the transmission and pathogenicity of the suspected viruses refute the entire virology. Obviously, it is the experiments themselves that trigger the symptoms, which animal experiments provide as evidence of the existence and effectiveness of the suspected viruses. Here, too, there are no control attempts in which exactly the same thing is done, only with non-infected or sterilized materials.

Great progress in the field of virology leads to a great need and rapid implementation of control experiments. By 2000, or perhaps by 2010, virologists had been editing "genomes" for decades. In the case of the "Variola genome" during 1994, virologists struggled to determine the right end of the "genome." Two years later, during 1996, virologists made superhuman efforts to determine the left end of the "genome." 7/20/21
However, in 2021, it is possible to assemble the alleged genome in a couple of days and place such a fabrication in a database. This means that the control experiment can be done in the same time frame, in a couple of days.

A very favorable circumstance is that the complete virology can be stopped as well as all "corona" measures can be stopped very quickly in just a few days. We need to have an understanding for all virologists because most of them are good people as well as Bioinformaticians. Without them, this control experiment would not have been possible, and many have participated in this control experiment, and I believe that many of them will give their great contribution to humanity and all the people of the world. For this contribution, all these virologists and Bioinformaticians should be protected and rewarded.
The beginning is in the computer. So, there is no "wet lab" process, but everything is done in "dry lab" conditions. That is why Stefan Lanka says that it is the most elegant way without getting your hands dirty or wet.
As you use the WORD program and type the letters and eventually save your work in the form of a file called .doc. It's a file type. Virologists do the same. The data obtained during the "wet lab" process is stored in a format called .fastq. And this is a file type.
The Fastq file (RAW READS) is further processed by computer programs. All you need to do is do the following: From one set of data (Fastq file) you need to make all the "virus" genomes in terms of a process called mapping assembly. Therefore, it is necessary to map this data to all reference genomes of all "viruses".

Why does the theoretical genome "sars-cov-2" not exist in reality?
The First Proof: Because it was made using a computer. In order to exist in reality, the most basic thing would be to check whether there is a length of 29,903 in reality. Where did virologists-bioinformatics get the idea to create genomes in a computer? 6/26/21
In biology, it is known that there is a synthesis of lipids, proteins, nucleic acids within humans, plants, animals. Thus, in the human body, larger parts are created from smaller parts. Different atoms connect with each other and build molecules.
In the case of nucleic acids, Aspartate, Formate, Glutamine, Glycine and Bicarbonate act as the building blocks for purine synthesis. This process is called DE NOVO SYNTHESIS.
Bioinformatics-virologists have tried to perform genome creation in a similar way. They try to make genomes and make them out of shorter fragments. This process is called DE NOVO ASSEMBLY. They do not use a template or reference genome in this genome creation process. However, after creating a genome to give credibility to such a designed genome, they compare it with other data in a virtual database. If a large percentage of identity is obtained then virologists use the term “closely-related” genomes. In the case of the sars-cov-2 genome, an identity with the Bat SARS-like genome of about 90% was obtained.
On the other hand, the Bat SARS-like genome was created in a process called MAPPING ASSEMBLY. This means that a template or reference genome was used in this process.
All these "genomes" have in common that they were created "in silico", which means: IN THEORY. All of these genomes are designed and do not exist in reality.
To sum up. "in silico" genomes, primarily sars-cov-2, are dead letters on paper or on a web page and are created using the following theoretical processes that do not exist in reality in biology:
- de novo assembly
- mapping assembly
The results ( genomes) of these complicated software processes do not exist in reality.

In the five-year “measles virus trial”, the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe confirmed the sensational judgment of the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court of February 16, 2016 on December 1st, 2016. From December 1, 2016, the highest court rulings in Germany stipulate that all claims about the infection of measles, measles vaccinations and the measles virus have no scientific basis. The reasons for the judgment, confirmed by the highest court, include the clear naming of facts that refute not only all claims about the infection of measles, measles vaccinations and the measles virus, but also about all so-called "disease-causing viruses" and vaccinations.
On January 16, 2017, the First Civil Senate of the German Federal Court of Justice (BGH) confirmed the ruling of the OLG Stuttgart.

Critics of the judicial verdict argue that Dr. Lanka’s victory is solely based on how he had formulated the offer of reward, namely to pay the € 100,000 for the presentation of a single publication of evidence (which Dr. Bardens was unable to provide). This argument, however, distracts the attention from the essential points.
According to the minutes of the court proceedings (page 7/ first paragraph), Andreas Podbielski, head of the Department of Medical Microbiology, Virology and Hygiene at the University Hospital in Rostock, who was one of the appointed experts at the trial, stated that even though the existence of the measles virus could be concluded from the summary of the six papers submitted by Dr. Bardens, none of the authors had conducted any controlled experiments in accordance with internationally defined rules and principles of good scientific practice (see also the method of “indirect evidence”). Professor Podbielski considers this lack of control experiments explicitly as a “methodological weakness” of these publications, which are after all the relevant studies on the subject (there are no other publications trying to attempt to prove the existence of the “measles virus”). Thus, at this point, a publication about the existence of the measles virus that stands the test of good science has yet to be delivered.
Furthermore, at the trial it was noted that contrary to its legal remit as per § 4 Infection Protection Act (IfSG) the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the highest German authority in the field of infectious diseases, has failed to perform tests for the alleged measles virus and to publish these. The RKI claims that it made internal studies on the measles virus, however, refuses to hand over or publish the results.
Dr. Lanka: “With the Supreme Court judgment in the measles virus trial any national and international statements on the alleged measles virus, the infectivity of measles, and on the benefit and safety of vaccination against measles, are since then of no scientific character and have thus been deprived of their legal basis.”

From now on, when anyone gives you a paper that suggests the SARS-CoV-2 virus has been isolated, please check the methods sections. If the researchers used Vero cells or any other culture method, you know that their process was not isolation. You will hear the following excuses for why actual isolation isn’t done:
- There were not enough virus particles found in samples from patients to analyze.
- Viruses are intracellular parasites; they can’t be found outside the cell in this manner.
If No. 1 is correct, and we can’t find the virus in the sputum of sick people, then on what evidence do we think the virus is dangerous or even lethal? If No. 2 is correct, then how is the virus spread from person to person? We are told it emerges from the cell to infect others. Then why isn’t it possible to find it?
Finally, questioning these virology techniques and conclusions is not some distraction or divisive issue. A colleague in New Zealand (Michael S.) and I (CM) have been submitting Freedom of Information requests to institutions in various countries seeking records that describe the isolation of a SARS-COV-2 virus from any unadulterated sample taken from a diseased patient.
Our requests have not been limited to records of isolation performed by the respective institution, or limited to records authored by the respective institution, rather they were open to any records describing “COVID-19 virus” isolation/purification performed by anyone, ever, anywhere on the planet.
Thus far (February 21, 2021) 19 Canadian institutions have provided their responses: Public Health Agency of Canada, Health Canada, the National Research Council of Canada, Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization-International Vaccine Centre (VIDO-InterVac), Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, Ontario Ministry of Health, Institut National de Sante Publique du Quebec, British Columbia’s Provincial Health Services Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (re “the variant”), Newfoundland Labrador Department of Health & Community Services, McGill University, the City of Toronto, the Region of Peel (Ontario), KFL&A Public Health (Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, Ontario, re “any variant”), the University of Toronto, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, McMaster University and Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto) (note that researchers from the last 4 institutions had publicly claimed to have “isolated the virus”, as had VIDO-Intervac).
Every institution has indicated the same: that they searched their records and located none describing the isolation of any “COVID-19 virus” directly from a patient sample that was not first adulterated with other sources of genetic material. Astra-Zeneca, but also Jansen Pharma & the Russian Sputnik V are DNA vector vaccines. But what are they and are they dangerous?
DNA vector vaccines are made of DNA viruses, usually Adenoviruses, but with the virulence genes removed.
I believe that there is a potential risk with these vaccines, namely the integration of the DNA vector into the genome. It is negligent to claim, as the EMA does, that the benefit of vaccination is greater than the risk without informing people of the existing long term risks.
It is generally believed that Adenoviruses are harmless to humans: at most, they cause a common cold.
In the DNA vector vaccines that are used to immunise against COVID19, the spike gene of the SARS-CoV-2 has been inserted into the genome of an Adenovirus in the form of DNA.
In this way, the "Spike" gene (DNA containing the information for the spike protein) can be introduced into a human cell and the spike protein can be produced. To understand how this works & where the dangers of DNA vector vaccines lie, we need to better understand this process.
An Adenovirus (on which these DNA vector vaccines are based) has to go to the nucleus of our cells in order to reproduce itself, because only there its DNA can be transcribed into mRNA. Unlike mRNA vaccines, DNA vector vaccines are designed to go to the nucleus on their own.
DNA vector vaccines are thus present in the same compartment as our own DNA.
Statistically speaking, Adenoviruses & the DNA vector vaccines based on them "do not" integrate into the genome. Nevertheless, this happens in a very small percentage: in 1 to 5 per thousand cells.
One per thousand may not seem much, but how many cells/cell nuclei are there in the muscle into which the DNA vector vaccine is injected? And in your body? After vaccination with a DNA vector vaccine, surely everyone has a genetically altered cell somewhere in their body.
Hopefully, the genetically altered cell will be recognised and sent into apoptosis aborted). If not, over time unexpected neurological, immunological and metabolic abnormalities may occur due to a disturbed genetic context.
DNA vector vaccines have NEVER been tested for this!
We know that DNA virus vaccines integrate in the genome. Therefore, I strongly recommend against vaccination with a DNA vector vaccine. I myself would never voluntarily take these shots.

How and where has it been proven that the composition of the genome is specific and causally related to a certain pathogen? My comments: Dr. Kaufman does several things here. He shows that isolation, in any meaningful sense of the word “isolation,” is not occurring.
Dr. Kaufman also shows that the researchers want to use damage to the cells and cell-death as proof that “the virus” is in the soup they are creating. In other words, the researchers are assuming that if the cells are dying, it must be the virus that is doing the killing. But Dr. Kaufman shows there are obvious other reasons for cell damage and death that have nothing to do with a virus. Therefore, no proof exists that “the virus” is in the soup or exists at all.
And finally, Dr. Kaufman explains that the claim of genetic sequencing of “the virus” is absurd, because there is no proof that the virus is present. How do you sequence something when you haven’t shown it exists?

1. The tendency of mitochondria for complete intra-tissue movement is evident.
2. Certain mitochondria move freely & successfully throughout disintegrated non-cellular tissue.

After trying to make fun of people for thinking independently and intellectually about health and the pandemic, "Houl Yer Whisht," who claims himself to be a scientist, was clearly proven fraudulent in the long discussion I had with him in which I and others exposed his false claims and the fraudulent science behind virology and "corona-virus". So... he deleted the entire conversation from facebook, keeping only the comments which supported his view. What a "scientist."

Virus misinterpretation - how genome analysis creates fictitious viruses 5/12/21
To sum it up, a sample “assumed” to contain viral material, based on generalized symptoms. No isolation/purification, computer simulation of the genome from fragments, comparison with a gene bank template which was itself a computer simulated genome. In other words completely fictional, made up fraudulent nonsense.
The outbreak of the novel coronavirus 2019 or coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has been claimed as a threat to the whole world since the beginning of 2020. Scientists work day and night to understand the origin of COVID-19. Perhaps you have already heard the news that the suspected genome of SARS-CoV-2 has been published [1]? How exactly did the scientists identify the complete genome of SARS-CoV-2?
This article explains, in a purely technical way, how they did this. Without a doubt, it will have to dawn on you that this method is neither suitable for determining the origin of the nucleic acid in a sample nor for determining an exact genome. Various algorithms are used, the calculations of which attempt to propose a fictitious construct based on specifications, which in turn serves as a template for all further processes. However, each individual sequencing leads to results that differ from the previous sequencing; These discrepancies are often sold as mutations [2], and these are simply inconsistencies in the calculation by the genome analysis tools.
Due to the fact that a structure that is claimed to be viral was never isolated in pure culture and the biochemical characterization was carried out directly from it, but any sequencing is based on a mixture of genetic material, the origin of which cannot be determined, are all computer-aided constructions to be regarded as pure speculation.
As a small but no less important piece of information in advance, which makes it perfectly clear to you that the technical handling of the alignment / assembly (as explained in the article) is purely fictional and manipulative:

Corona: The comprehensible and verifiable refutation of the virus allegations

Many of the doctors and scientists, even those who are now critical of Corona still assume that virus isolates do exist and that they have been properly documented according to the scientific rules of the art. There are repeated references to studies that allegedly have the virus isolate, such as this study from the CDC in the USA: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 from Patient with Coronavirus Disease, United States (1). That this circumstance may be presupposed however under no circumstances, is pointed out in this article and at the same time a comprehensible and examinable refutation of the virus assertions is presented.
In order to understand why the "science" of virology was maintained despite the fact that it had already disproved itself in 1951, the historical processes will be explained here.
How did it come to the claim that viruses exist and for what purpose?
In order to answer this question, we will go far back in history, more than 100 years, in principle to the time of the work of Edward Jenner and Louis Pasteur, whereby we will concentrate on the latter.
When Louis Pasteur postulated the existence of viruses, there was neither a basis for it, nor did one have suitable tools (electron microscope) to depict structures of such minute dimensions as are suspected for viruses.
Since Louis Pasteur could not provide an explanation for the cause of the illness of his "patients" and bacteria were out of the question, he postulated structures to which he gave the term "virus".
All of this was based on experiments that are very questionable from today's point of view and have nothing to do with science.
Princeton University published the study of his laboratory records, which, on reading them, must lead to the conclusion that Louis Pasteur had lied, cheated and manipulated on a massive scale at the time. (2)
In other words, all his claims, on which, among other things, the vaccination industry relies, must be regarded as completely worthless, since he proceeded in a highly unscientific manner.
Until 1951/52, virologists believed that a virus was a toxic protein or enzyme that both directly exerts its toxic effect and multiplies and spreads in the body, and can also be transmitted between humans and animals.
Medicine and science abandoned this idea in 1951, because neither the representation of the suspected viruses by electron microscope nor the performance of the necessary control experiments ever wanted to succeed.
One had to admit that even from the decay of perfectly healthy animals, organs and tissues identical remnants emerge to which the name "virus" had originally been given.
Basically, virology had thus disproved itself and pulverized its basis.
Please remember this important historical event very well, because it illustrates in an exemplary way how one could actually get on the wrong track by conducting control experiments in order to be able to steer research in more promising directions in the future.
These are exactly the same kind of control experiments that are currently again being disregarded, even though the responsible persons in the government and the Federal Ministry of Health as well as dozens of virologists in responsible positions have been explicitly pointed out.
It is now up to you to decide to what extent you attach importance to the performance of control experiments.

Here it is shown that until 1953 every virologist and the scientific community was aware and aware that all components that had been interpreted as virus particles until then turned out to be residues of dead tissue and cells in control experiments.
In 1953 a new dogma appeared on the scene, decisively pushed by the wife of the later Nobel Prize winner Crick, who knew how to depict a double helix. Her drawing was published in the famous scientific magazine "Nature" as a supposedly scientifically elaborated model of the suspected hereditary substance and this alleged alpha helix also became an icon of American global pseudo-science.
Silently and very quietly, this was completely disproved by basic research, thereby DISMISSING THE TOTAL VIROLOGY INDIRECTLY, without the public ever having become aware of it until today.
All genetic ideas were completely and comprehensively refuted in the year 2000, the date of publication of the contradictory data of the so-called Human Genome Project - the embarrassing claim that the entire human genome had been decoded (although more than half had to be freely invented)!
In an article by Zeit.de under the heading "Genetics: Genome in Dissolution" (4) this was analyzed very nicely. It is summarized that the "genome" is subject to constant changes, therefore it cannot be a "genome" in the actual sense and the modifications in the sense of disease-causing genes are a misinterpretation.
In other words, what was usually thought of as "pathological genes" was neither sick nor healthy, but was caused by a variety of factors, be it by consciousness, (environmental) factors, or other resulting changes, without pathological value per se.
This new virus idea (which, as just described, was disproved by basic research in 2000), according to which the effective, virulent factor of a virus is not a disease poison, as previously assumed (until 1951), but a dangerous genetic substance that kills cells, humans, animals and plants, was popularized together with the new gene hypothesis.
Instead of viruses as poisonous proteins, from 1954 onwards viruses were issued as a genetic strand of diseased genes, which have the potential to make the body sick, but above all to mutate constantly. On the one hand to suddenly emerge (mutation) from a harmless form in this way, but on the other hand also to render any vaccine ineffective more or less quickly. But sometimes - as for example in 2009, when 93 % of the vaccinable population rejected the highly toxic swine flu vaccination with nanoparticles as so-called "potentiators" - they actually, factually and practically disappeared from the media overnight, as if dictated by an invisible magic hand.
But since then they have not mutated back into their dangerous form. We have witnessed a biological miracle that is unique to date: in just one night, all swine flu viruses mutated simultaneously into a harmless and invisible version, because they were never sighted again - despite billions invested in their testing procedures and, of course, in the vaccine ... of which 31.62 of the 34 million vaccine doses alone in Germany were destroyed in a waste-to-energy plant.

Thus, from the forced logic of the disease toxin (lat. virus) cell theory, elevated to a dogma by Rudolf Virchow in 1858 (5), the following was derived:
- First the idea of undefined viruses,
- then the idea of pathogenic bacteria,
- then the bacterial toxins,
- then the toxin viruses
until the abandonment of this idea in 1952.
From 1953 on, Virchow's idea of a disease poison became the idea of genetic viruses (which has already been disproved).
Epidemic authority confirmed: Neither virus-existence research nor control experiments performed
In view of the current tense situation, we believe it is important to point out that the highest authority responsible for reviewing all infectious diseases in Germany has already failed to meet its obligations with regard to measles virus. The Robert Koch Institute disregarded its own scientific rules. Since 1998 the rules for scientific work (lege artis) have been bindingly codified by the DFG (German Research Society) and signed by all university rectors. (1) The RKI must abide by these rules. (2) In view of the following e-mail traffic, it becomes clear that we are dealing with an incredibly "sloppy" way of working, which takes on almost unbelievable proportions. If the basics of scientific work are missed, as is demonstrably the case at the RKI, then one must seriously ask oneself what the hell is going on here! Neither were control experiments carried out at the Robert Koch Institute, nor was the measles virus ever checked for its existence at the RKI (statement RKI e-mail traffic), although the measles virus process has shown that there are serious gaps and deficiencies. (3)|(4) Last but not least, the RKI does not seem to be at all interested in the side effects of the vaccination, although according to its own statements the "measles virus" is said to contain ribosomes! (5) You will see from the following e-mail traffic that even this statement is doubted. The nice thing about the whole thing is, if you ask the right questions and that from more and more people, more and more unbelievable facts are revealed!
These questions make every virologist nervous
Don't we all know it when hard facts are thrown on the table in talk shows, live broadcasts with "experts" or in discussion groups? Or do we not? Haven't you also noticed that the same unimportant questions are on the agenda again and again? That the allegedly multifaceted discussion actually amounts to nothing more than a sham discussion at the lowest level? Then you feel exactly the same way I do! For about eight months now, no one has really dared to get into the nitty-gritty in such programs. I am completely aware why. Who likes uncomfortable questions that also require real expertise and proper research? It's better to stick to consensus, because no one wants to expose anyone else and no one wants to confront anyone with specific questions that could put the person in an uncomfortable position. This is how we deal with irrelevant assertions, assumptions and freely invented theses in order to distract the viewer from the really important questions.

The Federal Court of Justice destroys the belief in Viruses

On December 1, 2016, in the five-year "measles virus trial", the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe confirmed the sensational ruling of the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court of February 16, 2016.
As of December 1, 2016, the highest court in Germany has ruled that all claims concerning measles infection, measles vaccination and the measles virus have no scientific basis.
The highest judicially confirmed judgement reasoning contains the clear naming of facts, which not only refute all assertions about measles infection, measles vaccination and the measles virus, but about all so-called "disease-causing viruses" and vaccinations.
Now the world waits for a first court case, in which this highest judicial jurisdiction is brought in, with which an inoculation obligation, an exclusion from school, an interference into the parental right or into the right to free choice of occupation is fended off, the acknowledgment of a vaccination damage or the untenability of the national inoculation recommendations is sued.
This can and should lead - first in Germany and then globally - to an admission of the undesirable developments in medicine and the beginning of a truly scientific, public health doctrine. The foundations for this have been laid.
On November 24, 2011 I had offered a prize of 100.000 € for a scientific publication, in which the alleged existence of the "measles virus" is proven. This competition triggered the "bet that there is no measles virus" process. The media prejudgement was enormous. The "recognizing" court, the Regional Court (RC) Ravensburg, came under pressure and the presiding judge Matthias Schneider panicked.
By overstretching the law and ignoring all the facts presented in writing, Judge Schneider made a so-called ad hoc judgement on 12.3.2015, in the first part of the oral hearing, even before the expert had been passed and before the legally prescribed further steps of a civil case. Ad hoc judgments are judgments without the otherwise prescribed necessary reflection period of the court and the parties. In civil law, ad hoc rulings may only be made in very simple and clear cases.
In this way, the Regional Court of Ravensburg prevented me from being able to refute all the statements of the court-appointed expert during the legally regulated taking of evidence at the oral proceedings by means of the prepared documentation, which my attorneys had informed the court of the submission of. This rebuttal therefore took place later and cost-intensively only in the appeal proceedings before the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court. If I had not been able to raise and deposit the enormous sums of money of over 150,000 € within the shortest possible time, the appeal proceedings would not have gone to the Federal Court of Justice. Without a lot of money, it is difficult to get justice in Germany.
With the raid-like "ad hoc ruling", the Ravensburg Regional Court prevented the possibility: "The parties are in dispute about the result of the evidence" as it is erroneously stated in the minutes of the hearing, without an orderly taking of evidence having been carried out and concluded and without the plaintiff's side action having been heard as well. The plaintiff claimed an insult, which is why I should pay him € 492.54 plus interest, without the alleged insult having been established and heard by the court. With the panic-stricken, inadmissible ad hoc verdict - the court's assessor and rapporteur asked the decisive questions and rebutted the expert witness during the expert witness questioning - Judge Schneider prevented me from filing the prepared motions and presenting my rebuttals to the expert witness' testimony.
As a precautionary measure, the presiding judge Matthias Schneider forbade me right at the beginning of the hearing to ask questions to the expert witness myself. The judge knew that I had published scientific expertise in the field of virology to be negotiated and that the judicial expert witness from another field had no published scientific expertise in the field of virology.
The judge sentenced me to pay the prize money of 100,000 €, together with high interest, all expenses and the high costs of the expert witness. The judge also ordered that the plaintiff can claim these sums even if I appeal. The plaintiff did this immediately and with maximum possible effort. He requested for this even an arrest warrant and maintained publicly falsely that this would have become effective. The plaintiff himself did not raise the security, which the law requires in order to demand a provisionally enforceable verdict.
This "gross misjudgement" of the Regional Court of Ravensburg was reversed on February 16, 2016 due to my successful appeal by the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart (HRC). Until today (02/28/2017: state of printing) the plaintiff has not released the 121.000 € I paid in and has not paid the lawyer, court and expert costs, although the judgement of the HRC Stuttgart of February 16, 2016 became final by the decision of the FCJ of December 1, 2016.
