Pay with NC State Project ID (IDT’s)

Pay Now with an NC State Project ID
When registering for a course with a fee, you can use an NC State Project ID (and phase, if applicable) to pay immediately or select a "Pay Later" option during checkout.
To allow payments from participants via an NC State Project ID (and phase, if available), you must first request access from REPORTER’s Business Office.
Once the payment option is made available, you can activate Project ID payments in the Financial Setup section of your Instance.
During checkout, choose "Pay now with an NC State Project ID" from the payment dropdown. Click “Checkout”.
Confirm you have supervisor approval and enter your Project ID (and phase, if applicable). A green check will confirm the ID is correct, along with the associated department name. Complete checkout to finalize your registration and view the Order Summary.
Select "I will pay later" in the Payment dropdown and complete registration. You will see a notification on the Order Summary reminding you that you still to pay for the course.
To make the payment, go to "My Orders" in your account drop down in the upper left hand corner of the REPORTER screen or click "Pay" under Upcoming Courses on your Dashboard.

Next, Select “Pay with Project ID” and enter the Project ID (and phase, if applicable). Verify that you have received approval from your supervisor to use the Project ID by checking “Yes” in the box, and complete the payment.
You should receive a confirmation of successful payment.
