Lish 401(k) Policy

All Lish employees (21 years of age or older) who have worked for Lish for 6 months or more are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) Plan. The 401(k) Plan has been adopted to provide you with the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax-advantaged basis. Lish will match 50% of your contribution for the first 4%.  This is fully integrated with payroll, and all the necessary payroll deductions will happen automatically once you enroll.

The Lish 401(k) plan is managed by Guideline (you can see details here). Guideline offers a simple plan and no investment management fee. They also offer low cost funds with low expense ratio which maximizes your returns. You can learn more about the investment options here.

If you are not eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan because you are not 21 years of age or older, or you who have not worked for Lish for 6 months or more, no action is needed from you at this time. When you become eligible Guideline will send you an enrollment email with instructions.

Action Needed (if you are eligible)

  1. Open the enrollment email that you received from hello@guideline.com
  2. Click on 'Set up my Guideline 401(k)
  3. Login to guideline.com
  4. Verify your personal information
  5. Enter the contribution% that you'd like to put towards 401(k) each pay period. If you don't want to contribute please choose 0%
  6. Click “save and continue”
