Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Creative TC ("Company") offers a voluntary referral program where any person or company (you, the “Referral Partner”) can refer new clients (“Referred Client”) to the Company. No pre-registration is required. By participating in the referral program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms:

1. The Company intends to pay a one-time referral fee of 10% of the nonrefundable deposit received from the Referred Client.
2. Referral fees are intended to be paid within 30 days of receipt of the nonrefundable deposit from the referred client.
3. Referral fees are intended to be paid via check or electronic transfer to the address/account provided by the Referral Partner.
4. The Company reserves the right to change or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Existing referrals will be honored under the terms at the time the referral was made.
5. Only the first qualifying referral of a Referred Client will be eligible for payment. In the case of multiple referral introductions, the first received by the Company shall be honored.
6. The Referral Partner waives any future claims against the Company relating to the referral program, referral fees, or referred clients.
7. This referral program is voluntary in nature, by both the Company and the Referral Partner, and these terms and conditions shall not constitute an obligation for the Company, nor shall they create grounds for a claim against the Company by any Referral Partner or Referred Client.

2. Eligibility and Requirements:

1. Referral Partners do not need to register to participate in the referral program.
2. The Referral Partner must directly introduce the Referral Client to the Company via email to a Company team member or to support@creativetc.io.
3. The client must be new to the Company and not an existing or former client.
4. The Referred Client must enter into an agreement with the Company and make a nonrefundable deposit.
5. Prior to receiving payment of any referral fees, Referral Partners may be required to submit a W-9 and any other documentation requested by the Company. Payment of referral fees is contingent on the Referral Partner providing the required documentation.
6. Creative TC reserves the right to require social media posts/interactions as a condition and/or prerequisite of referral fee payouts.
