We stand together in solidarity to DEMAND an end to:

  1. Deplatforming & Banning
  2. Silencing & Censoring
  3. Shadowbanning, Deboosting, & the “Troll Twilight Zone”
  4. Inappropriate handling of private data
  5. Biased newsfeeds, search results, & autofill suggestions
  6. Demonetizing & Debanking

#DemandFreeSpeech #StopTheBias

We demand that The Declaration of Independence,
The U.S. Constitution, and Bill of Rights be upheld!

We get it, they’re private companies.

Whereas these elitist #BigTech #MegaCorporations are technically #PrivateCompanies, their global reach affects national elections, they monitor political policies, and also livestream congressional hearings. The government is using these giants to release official information. When these companies ban people, they are cutting them off from their Natural and American rights. If a phone company doesn’t agree with someone’s views, they shouldn’t be able to simply cut off their phone line (don’t get any ideas, phone companies!)

We Demand:

1. #PrivateCompanies, identify yourselves.

We demand that these #PrivateCompanies identify as either platforms/utilities or publishers clearly, officially, and legally.

2. Exercise transparency and consistency in defining Terms of Service.

Legally speaking, there is no such thing as #HateSpeech (and there shouldn’t be). It is dangerous for these #PrivateCompanies to have the power to decide what speech and/or expression is permissible.

We demand that these #PrivateCompanies institute policies consistent with US Law, including fair and transparent warnings beforehand and appeals process afterwards.

3. #StopTheBias

Reasonable traditional mainstream viewpoints are being censored while ISIS and Hamas terrorist groups are allowed to remain.

We demand that #PrivateCompanies stop defaming and deplatforming people in an inconsistent and unfair way based on political ideologies or affiliations.

We demand a stop to biased newsfeeds, search results, and autofill suggestions.

We demand that #PrivateCompanies #ShowUsTheCode, algorithms, rules, policies, etc. that are making decisions about what newsfeed items, search results, and auto-fill suggestions we are seeing, as well as what rules are being used to target users for actions taken against them.

We suggest that users be given tools to decide what rules or biases are used to show this content.

We demand that a fair and unbiased third party be brought into each case for arbitration.

4. Enforce Existing Free Speech Laws.

We are not necessarily suggesting new legislation or government regulations, but
We demand that our first amendment rights are upheld and the law of our land is enforced.

Precedent was set for this was when the issue Free Speech infringement by #PrivateCompanies was already litigated at the supreme court level in 1946.

(See Marsh v. Alabama, 326 U.S. 501)

5. Protection for Dissenters.

Our founding fathers would expect us to enshrine freedom for people to dissent.

The Equal Protection Clause in the 14th Amendment protects race, color, or nationality.

In 1971, the U.S. Supreme Court decided Reed v. Reed, extending the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to protect women from sex discrimination, in situations where there is no rational basis for the discrimination.
The Civil Rights Act of 1968 protects race, color, religion or national origin.

If we legally protect all these other groups, it’s only fair to include this too.

We suggest that Political Affiliation be recognized as a protected class.

6. No Government Funding for Tech Companies.

These #PrivateCompanies often receive  federal funding, subsidizing, and tax breaks.

The President signed and executive order for speech on campuses (Executive Order on Improving Free Inquiry, Transparency, and Accountability at Colleges and Universities, March 21, 2019), and should do the same for #BigTech.

We demand an immediate stop to government funding of these #PrivateCompanies until they comply with the law.

7. Reparations: #PrivateCompanies Need to Pay for What they’ve done to us.

We stand in solidarity with Laura Loomer, Gavin McInnes, Milo Yiannopoulos, Roger Stone, Dennis Prager, Steven Crowder, James Damore, Craig R. Brittain, and others who are suing CAIR, SPLC, Twitter, Google, Facebook and more for defaming and deplatforming them.

We demand that #PrivateCompanies replatform the deplatformed and award them commensurate damages.

We stand in solidarity with the many victims of this evil #TechnoFascist #SocialistMedia #ThoughtPolice activity meant to prevent the public from having access to truth, or a voice, or any point of view that doesn’t fit their narrative.
