What information do the BPIQ Web Sites collect?

FEEDBACK TO AMP BIOTECH
By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals to Amp Biotech via email or using the contact or feedback links on the BPIQ Web Sites, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) Amp Biotech is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; (c) Amp Biotech shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (d) Amp Biotech may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development; (e) your Contributions automatically become the property of Amp Biotech without any obligation of Amp Biotech to you; and (f) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Amp Biotech under any circumstances.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Amp Biotech and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available on the BPIQ Web Sites and/or through the Amp Biotech Services, your use of the BPIQ Web Sites or Amp Biotech Services, your connection to the Amp Biotech Services, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
TERMINATION
You may terminate your Amp Biotech account, any associated email address and access to the BPIQ Web Sites and/or any Amp Biotech Services by submitting such termination request to Amp Biotech via email to support@BPIQ.com.
You agree that Amp Biotech may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your Amp Biotech account, any associated email address, and access to the BPIQ Web Sites or the Amp Biotech Services. Cause for such termination, limitation of access or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b)requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) discontinuance or material modification to the Amp Biotech Services (or any part thereof), (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems with the BPIQ Web Sites or the Amp Biotech Service(s), (e) extended periods of inactivity, (f) and/or engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities. Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions for cause shall be made in Amp Biotech’s sole discretion and that Amp Biotech shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Amp Biotech Services.
User Agreement
Your use of the BPIQ Web Sites constitutes your acceptance of this User Agreement.
Terms and Conditions
The information provided by Amp Biotech on the BPIQ Web Sites is owned by or licensed to Amp Biotech and any user is permitted to store, manipulate, analyze, reformat, print and display information from the BPIQ Web Sites only for such user’s personal use.
