What’s Happening
Monday - 9/22 | Call from the Crow’s Nest We’re off to a great start at PHS! Seniors are beginning to focus on their Pirate Pursuits, our student Board of Governors (BOG) has held their first meeting, and we’re continuing our September Kindness Kick-Off as we build a culture of encouragement and support. This week brings exciting opportunities. On Monday, we welcome Po-Shen Loh, an internationally recognized mathematician and educator, who will speak on how humans can thrive in the age of AI. On Wednesday, we’re looking forward to hosting the MPSEOC College Fair in the PHS Gym - a valuable chance for students to explore post-secondary options. We’ll also have home competitions for volleyball and girls soccer. Looking ahead, Homecoming Week (Sept. 29-Oct. 4) is just around the corner - preview all the spirit activities here. Together, we’re showing courage, spreading kindness, and celebrating what it means to be a Pirate.
