1. Each team must supply 2 game balls for each game.
2. Coin toss at least 40 minutes prior to game time to determine home/visitor.  If no person from one team is at the field 40 minutes prior to the game then the team that is there gets the choice.  Any parent/player/coach related to the team may represent the team at the coin toss.  If no TD is present get a 3rd party to flip the coin.
3. One team must supply a scorekeeper for the game (except June 8 as District 30 will cover these games).  Official scorekeeper cannot be a coach in the dugout!
4. Each Manager MUST carry pitching affidavit to be filled out by the official scorekeeper at the end of the game.  This should have been done during the regular season and your district TOC tournaments.
5. At least 20 mins prior to game manager must hand is roster, pitching affidavit and copy of line up card to scorekeeper.  Once again this should have been done all season!!!!!
6. Only players eligible must be listed on roster given to scorekeeper and supplied to Kent during the regular season.  No Pool replacement players.
7. Host teams will supply umpires for the games
8. Text winner and score  to 661-714-8730 and 714-814-6595 upon completion of the game.  This will be added and I will respond with a text as well confirming your next game and site as it is updated on the bracket
9. Any protest must be resolved prior to the next pitch.  If nobody on the protest committee (below) can be reached then the plate umpire's decision is final.  Any complaints past the protest committee will be cause for removal from the tournament.  Western Region and Williamsport has no authority over this tournament as it is played under special games.

10.  NO TIME LIMIT.  Games will be played in their entirety unless called by the umpire due to weather, light failure or unsafe conditions
