The Global Campus will highlight the Winter 24 semester in this round of bi-weekly reports. It is too early in the admission cycle to gauge distance student numbers for the Fall 24 term. As a reminder, you may view current and archived reports here: Weekly Enrollment Reporting.

Winter 2024

Applications and admits had slight gains over the holiday break. However, new admits gained 30 percentage points nearly doubling in headcount. Those new students came from a variety of online graduate programs. Two new online cohorts that are starting this winter, which are helping keep the new online graduate numbers strong, are the Education Specialist (EdS) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP-Post Masters). The EdS Cohorts do not traditionally start in the winter term. There was some extra time needed to attract the needed numbers. The Global Campus worked with the EdS program to target and market to specific populations in school districts around the area. This is the first cohort of the DNP-Post Masters program. The Nursing department is working on ways to attract more post-master students to grow that program.

The overall count, including new and continuing, is up +63.3% (+304, n=784). This is due in part to the TT and GYO continuing students from the fall and the additional new students this term. To note, TT and GYO counts are up by approximately 15 students over the fall.

We will continually be enrolling students up into the first week of the semester and beyond for the second half of the term.
