PAGE 1 - PANELS: 4

PANEL 1

We are in an underground train station. The only light sources are candles that are scattered everywhere. There are red velvet seats with people sitting on them and standing around them speaking. Some people are dressed like they are from the 1950s. Some others are dressed like they are from the year 2110. One normal 1950s looking person and one 2100s looking person are talking to each other in the foreground. The 2100s person is taking off his cool silver jacket.

NORMAL PERSON: Lose the all tech dude. Been here 3 months, haven’t used tech in 2. Best thing I’ve ever done.

CYBERPUNKY PERSON: I know, I just relapse and end up bingeing.

PANEL 2

The PRIEST (Rudolpho) is dressed like the pope and is wearing golden necklaces, one with a golden 7 sided star (This is the symbol of the church). He has a receding hairline and has grey hair on the side and back of his head. He is talking to Dextina (A black girl with long light brown flowing hair. She has hazel eyes. She is in a plain white shirt and a black leather jacket).

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: The 5th ever baptism. I am so proud of you. After today, I can’t imagine it will be long until you have priesthood and are sent to work in another church.

DEXTINA: Through you, priest and our lord, Adam Arryn. I am your humble tool

PANEL 3

CONTINUATION OF THEM TALKING: Now Priest Rudolpho is putting his hand on her shoulder (Like a lecturing father would) He is pulling off his golden necklace by pulling on the star pendant. He is doing this in a way where he is still showing her the star.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: This means more to me than life itself. Will you take good care of it?

DEXTINA: Priest Rudolpho, I can’t possibly take this.

PANEL 4

The priest's old and wrinkled hands placed the star necklace into Dextina’s hands. There should be one his hands on top and one hand below Dextina's hand. Some of the golden stars should be visible and the chain of the necklace should be dangling from their hands.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: You will accept. Now get ready, you’re up soon.

PAGE 2 - PANELS: 4

PANEL 1

They are red velvet curtains. With one golden star directly behind the priest. There are many candles in the background. The priest is at a wooden podium. He has his hands up holding a leather bound book with the letters in gold “PURICHRISTO BIBLE” on the front. This panel should only show the bust of the pope.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: My dear Dextina. The world above wants you to be a machine. Every waking moment, they want you plugged in. Want you to be controlled. Wants you to either perpetuate inequality or succumb to it.

PANEL 2

Dextina, she is now just in a white shirt and white shorts and is now wearing the star necklace. She is in a large rectangular marble baptism pool. There is another man wearing the same thing (you can make him look like whatever you want, he just has to look non futuristic)

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: Do you accept that technology is the devil? Have you sworn yourself to a life of purity amongst the infidels? If they wish to silence us, will you fight in the name of Adam Arryn?

PANEL 3

This panel is from Dextina’s POV. She has been dunked into the water and can see the man baptising her and the priest on the podium looking down at her. There should be a ripple in the water and a blue tint to clearly show she's in the water.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: If so, let you rise from the water reborn. A pillar of light in a world which tries to dim you.

PANEL 4

This is another POV of Dextina. This should be a seamless transition of her submerged in her bath. Whilst she’s in the water, it should be clear she's in her bathroom. Her home is very futuristic, there are neon lights that are purple and blue. There are monitors/robots in the bathroom etc. You can get creative with this.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: If not, may the weight of your sins drown you.

PAGE 3 - PANELS: 5

PANEL 1

Dextina should be very clearly sad. Dextina is in her high tech chrome bathtub, it should have sharpe edges. In the background the bathroom should be very clean. Everything should be squared and futuristic, the toilet, the sink etc. Go crazy with the futurism. There can be a hologram near her face that she’s speaking into.

DEXTINA: Sythia, drain the bath and activate floor heaters.

PANEL 2

She has come out of the bathroom and is now in her corridor that has the same futuristics style. She has her towel covering her whilst a mini flying robot is using another towel to dry her hair. She should be walking in this panel.

DEXTINA: Open clothing quarters and tell zephyr she should come here for a briefing.

PANEL 3

Dextina is sitting on a black bench, in her white sports bra, and in black and blue combat trousers with many utility pockets. She is putting on her knee high boots which should be thick soled and have 3 straps. In the background it should show the full combat body armor (Her armour should have a purple stripe, so we know it’s hers) Next to that should be a wall of guns and charged swords. Zephyr, who is wearing full armour except for her half mask is standing and speaking to her. She has a red mohawk and one robotic eye.

DEXTINA: Finally got baptised yesterday. Inform the team, get them ready. within the hour.

ZEPHYR: Wait… What you were supposed to inform us the moment it happened. Even though you’re undercover, baptism is illegal.

DEXTINA: Are you not informed? We leave at 18:00 hrs.

PANEL 4

Dextina should be opening to the door in full combat gear, same as zephyr (both have their half masks on). Zephyr is behind her walking as her subordinate.

ZEPHYR: You sure you’re okay Dex?

DEXTINA: Just glad this is coming to an end.

PANEL 5

A close up on dextina’s face with the half mask on, her eyes should look serious and beautiful. There should be a little tear drop near her left eye.

PAGE 4 - PANELS: 5

PANEL 1

Small panel of a futuristic armored truck driving on a wet street due to rain. There should be neon lights on it and should be completely black with tinted windows.

PANEL 2

Dextina and Zephyr are opposite each in the back of the truck. They are both carrying assault rifles. Dextina is looking down. There are 6 officers in total at the back of the truck. All the other officers should have helmets that don’t show their faces.

ZEPHYR: We don’t have to do this today, we can sit on the evidence?

DEXTINA: And why would we do that?

ZEPHYR: You’ve been undercover for 5 months Dex. That’s not normal. I’d at least need a psych eval.

DEXTINA: That’s why you're not captain. 5 months, 5 years. Makes no difference.

PANEL 3

Bird’s eye view of the team within getting out of the back of the truck. One person is jumping down from the back onto the ground. Dextina and Zephyr should be out already.

PANEL 4

There should be 3 members of the team taking cover on each side of a of the escalators that lead down to the abandoned metro station.

DEXTINA: Group of non lethals, so no crack skulls. I’m talking to you Zephyr. In and out job guys.

PANEL 5

They are running down the escalator whilst pointing their assault rifles. The panel should show that they are in an abandoned metro station by having rock showing on the top and bottom of the panel.

PAGE 5 - PANELS: 5

PANEL 1

Long panel of Dextina and Zephyr who have just come out of the end of the tunnel and are pointing their guns forward. The rest of the squad should be behind them also pointing their guns. They are all in the church, there are many candles in the background.

DEXTINA: ZCPD EVERYONE PUT YOUR HANDS UP!

PANEL 2

Much like Page 1, Panel 1. The priest will be in the middle of a group of 2100s people and 1950slooking people. There should be a lot more 1950s looking people and they should all be at the front of the group with the 2100s looking people in the back. They all have their hands raised in the air. The priest and all the normal clothes should have a see-through bottle with oil in it but it should say holy water on the front.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: Do not sully this holy place with your demonic devices. We have done nothing wrong.

PANEL 3

Both Dextina’s face and the priest's face. This will be both of their full faces but split with a divider in the same panel. There should be a hint of recognition and smugness on the priest's face and his head should be tilted a little upwards.

PANEL 4

Panel of the Police squad still holding their guns up pointing.

DEXTINA: We have proof you’ve been baptising here. You know what that means. So comply or you might just make our day.

ZEPHYR: Drop those bottles while you're at it. That won’t do you much now.

PANEL 5

The priest and the normal people all throw the oil from their bottle in a sweeping motion in the air. There should be a curve of oil in the air to show that they have thrown a lot of it.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: Shall we put that to the test.

PAGE 6 - PANELS: 4

PANEL 1

A behind the perspective of Dextinas squad looking into a massive wall of flames. All their hands are by their sides. Apart from Dextina’s and Zephyrs

DEXTINA: YOU GUYS ENJOYING THE SHOW OR SOMETHING. MOVE MOVEEE!

PANEL 2

The police are jumping through the wall of fire some have already jumped through and have landed.

PANEL 3

Cut to the people of the church they all have bows and arrows and some of them have swords and metal shields with the star symbol on them. The priest has a spear and shield.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: KNOCKED, LOOOOOOSE!

PANEL 4

Continuing the last panel, arrows are flying and the people with the swords, spears and shields are charging whilst doing a war screaming.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: In the name of Lord Arryn. CHARRGGGEEE

PAGE 7 - PANELS: 5

PANEL 1

A member of the squad (who will be closest in the panel)gets an arrow in his neck. Dextina is crouched in a firing stance with her gun aimed at the church members. Her head is turned, looking at the member that has just died. Everyone in Dextina’s squad is in a line and they are all surprised, some are looking at the officer who has died. Zephyr is shooting.

PANEL 2

Cuts to Zephyr running towards them shooting her gun like a maniac. She shoots a member in the church in the head. That member was within arms reach of her. There should be blood splattering everywhere. There will still be fire in the background and some members in the squad behind.

ZEPHYR: Fuck this

PANEL 3

Continuing the last panel. Her gun is in the air because she threw it and she has pulled out 2 charged blades and has chopped one guy and one girl who were running towards her clean in half. There should be a lot of blood splatter here.

PANEL 4

With a lot of people in front of her she is still fighting but looks like she is going to be overwhelmed.

PANEL 5

Continuing the last panel she gets stabbed in the back and she is on her knees with a spear coming through her.

PRIEST RUDOLPHO: Back to the hell in which you were forged.

PANEL 6

Cut to a close up Dextina’s face in the foreground of the panel, her eyes are wide with total shock some of the police should be in the back also with the fire also present.

DEXTINA: R-Re… RETREAT!!!!!

PANEL 7

Dextina and her squad are running and have just made it past the fire; their eyes are all wide as they are full of adrenaline.

OFFICER 1 : How the fuck did they know we were coming?

PAGE 8 - PANELS: 3

PANEL 1

This should be a close up panel of a big lever switch in Dextina’s apartment. The light should be on.

PANEL 2

Continuing the last panel, this should be the same picture but Dextina’s hand is there and she's put the lever down, turning off all the light.

PANEL 3

A large panel of Dextina on her bed. There should be very many items in the back that will make it look like a typical cyberpunk bedroom but there are no lights. Apart from a candle on her bed side table. She will be in a white sports bra and will be wearing the star necklace that the priest has her. She will also be reading the PURICHRISTO BIBLE (make sure that the text on the bible is visible. She looks the most happy she has looked in this entire story.
