7.  Motions to approve November 9th, 2021 Board Meeting Minutes / Vote: Motion to approve 1st -Kathleen Schaffer 2nd -Marc Sandall

9.  Short Presentation by Richard Forester on how he can help provide social media exposure for our memorial: Not able to attend
10.  Action Items from past meetings

• Still waiting on Bell Monument granite quote. We will vote on who we want to do business with at January meeting: Waiting for 4th quote from Bell Monument Company out of Clovis, CA. Next meeting in January 2022 voting on granite company
• Wendy Ward input on our website changes/additions: Reviewed and discussed website changes. Ed’s iPad has a setting that is not able to view the top. Wendy suggested to post WWII Veteran interviews on webiste
• Sponsor committee action required on delivery of sponsor level materials to those who have already donated or sponsored: Sponsor Levels - see attached. Recommended to  lighter shade the Blue “Recruit Level” in chart

11.  New Business / Upcoming Events / Future Committee Meetings

• Paul to supply concrete slabs count. Donated items: Concrete, electric crane.
• ROC graphic art program – 1/3 of cost for digital
• Charity Dinner – Ed recommended not a good time
• Go Fund me – Zelma stated to Ed that there was a problem that needed to be fixed
• Sponsor Ad: Commemorative program for ribbon cutting, available for purchase on day of, reach out to local publishers to put together
• Decal: are no good. Need to order new ones. Motion to approve – 1st Walter Grainger 2nd – Dan Schaffer
• Business Cards: Ed Garde & Marc Sandall requesting business cards Motion to approve – 1st Walter Grainger 2nd Dan Schaffer
• Challenge Coins – Mayde to get quotes from Raymonds Trophy and Kern Trophy
• Creative Concept Quote: Reviewed with committee – see attached
