Therapeutic Health Services (THS) is a nationally accredited, non-profit organization offering a wide range of treatment options for individuals, youth and families struggling with substance use. THS is a different kind of rehab, we provide evidence-based Opioid Use Treatment using medications like Methadone and Suboxone® along with strengths-based counseling and support.

We accept all Apple Health/Medicaid plans for all THS services. We also provide a sliding-fee scale where the cost of service is adjusted, based on the patient’s level of income. Learn more about the health insurance plans we accept here.”

Unfortunately, outpatient services are currently not a covered benefit under Medicaid plans except the Community Health Plan of Washington.”
