Overview:

Please review all sections below before proceeding with your order.

Return Policy Deadlines:

We offer refunds minus shipping and handling fees, along with a 20% restocking fee, for unused, original packages.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt, with any damage or defects reported within the same timeframe.

For damaged shipments or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt.

Restocking Fees:

A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returned items.

Warranty Information and Defective Items:

OEM replacement parts come with a one-year warranty when installed by a licensed professional. Items installed by non-licensed individuals are not covered under warranty.

To file a warranty claim for a potentially defective product, a case must be opened with the manufacturer's Technical Support team. A valid claim number must be provided to proceed with the warranty process.

Defective items may be exchanged for the same or equivalent model at our discretion.

Credits and Refunds:

Refunds for returned items will be issued using the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of processing and approval.

Please allow 7-10 days for refunded amounts to reflect in your account. Partial returns may result in adjusted credits due to bundled or promotional pricing.

Shipping Errors and Damaged Shipments:

We will promptly correct any shipping errors by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.

For damaged shipments, contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Inspect packages carefully before accepting delivery and include a note if damage is evident.

Non-Returnable Items:

Several items are ineligible for returns, including electrical components, installed or used items, and special order items marked as non-returnable.

Liability Limits:

We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, use, or installation of our products.

RMA Requirements:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA or refused deliveries may incur restocking fees.

Return Shipping Fees:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure proper insurance and tracking for return shipments.

Return Instructions:

Obtain an RMA form and shipping instructions by emailing sales@hvacrpartsdepot.com or calling 1-647-558-4079.

Ship returns in their original packaging with proper padding to prevent damage. Clearly label the package with the RMA number.

Cross Shipping:

Replacement products are not shipped until the RMA process is completed. Customers may place a new order for replacements if needed before the RMA is finalized.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Orders paid via credit card or PayPal will incur a 4% cancellation fee if canceled or modified due to a change of mind. Orders paid via E-transfer are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fees.
