Forms

Students new to Jeffco and current Jeffco students submitting form past February 24, please complete and submit the following form:

Course Selection Form (2/24)

(NOTE: Beginning February 24, the following form will no longer be accepting submissions.)

Course Selection Form (Retired)

In addition to completing course selection in Infinite Campus, this form MUST be completed for all students.  Selections in English, math, science, social studies, and world languages (unless selecting the introductory level) should reflect the selection of your teacher.

If you are requesting AP and/or Honors Courses, be sure to complete the entire form.

Instructions/References

For CURRENT 9th - 11th Graders: 

  • The process for selecting courses for the 2021-22 school year was introduced to current Mustangs during I.C.E. for Block 2 on Wednesday,  February 10.  Click here for the video.
  • Teachers of English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and World Language (unless you are requesting an introductory level World Language course) will request the courses in their respective content areas for next year on your behalf.
  • You will be able to review their suggested course selections in the Academic Planner.
  • Course requests must be submitted ONLINE in Infinite Campus by February 19. 

Course Selection Dates for Incoming 9th Graders (Class of 2025)

February

Course selection presentation & materials distribution at:

  • Coal Creek Canyon K-8 - Feb. 11
  • Drake Middle School - Week of Feb. 1
  • Oberon Middle School - Week of Feb. 1
  • Three Creeks K-8 School - Feb. 8/10
  • Wayne Carle Middle School - Feb. 8/10

Online registration and course selection form due February 19.

February 11 @ 6:30 p.m.

Incoming 9th Grade Parent Info Night via Zoom  

  • Information regarding course selection and academic requirements for high school (honors, Advanced Placement, etc.)
  • Students at Coal Creek, Drake, Oberon, Three Creeks, and Wayne Carle will receive registration materials and information about course selection at their respective schools during information sessions beginning the week of February 1.  Parents of these students should virtually attend this meeting to receive the same information presented to their students by counselors.
  • Students who do not attend feeder schools and their parents should virtually attend this meeting to receive information and access to registration/course selection materials.

February 4, 11, 18 @ 5:00 p.m.

All drop-in Zoom help sessions have been conducted.

A drop-in Zoom help session will be conducted from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. on February 4, 11, and 18. 

  • Students may drop in as needed to receive assistance in completing the on-line course selection process and/or the course selection form.
  • The link will be made available an hour before the drop-in session begins.  
  • Check this space for the link.
  • Students will be admitted to a waiting room so we can help individuals one-at-a-time.

February 19

Due for all students attending RVHS for the 2021-22 school year:

  • On-line course selection of electives and alternates in the Academic Planner in Infinite Campus.
  • Completion of course selection form.

Beginning February 24

Complete and submit the following form: Course Selection Form (2/24).

Completion and submission of the form will replace selection of courses in Infinite Campus.
