Headliner Molle Rack Installation

Part # SB01-1

1. Use a small flat head screwdriver or a pick to pop out the factory plastic clips that hold the factory grab handles. Remove both handles.

1. Reusing the factory hardware, pre install them in the bracket SB01. SB01 bracket will be installed with the mounting ears pointed inwards towards the center of the vehicle.
2. Using the provided button head bolts and nuts fasten bracket 38 or 41, connecting the two halves of the molle rack.

3. With the factory hardware pre-installed in the SB01 bracket, install the bracket into the vehicle so SB01 is readable.
4. We prefer to mount the bracket as high as possible to gain you more vertical space in the back seats. Repeat and install on both sides.
5. Once the bolts are tight and mounted correctly into the car. Install the mounting bracket that has nut certs pre installed in them. 2 Socket cap bolts and flange nuts are provided for them. Tighten them so the bottom surface is horizontal on both sides so the rack sits flush on both sides when tightened down. Repeat and install on both sides.

6. Install the main Molle rack with the provided 4 T thumb screws. It does help to have 2 people to install but can be done with one. Once the T thumb screws are slightly installed, center the rack as best as you can and tighten them down.
