We require a non-refundable consultation fee to be placed on the official order queue.
This fee covers an in-depth discussion, itemized price rundown, and basic 3D model of your plush. We will contact you via email to work out all the details of your order. There is no exact "final price" or set price for a custom order. We work with you to plan the production details and give cost estimates for each phase of production. We aim to stay under your budget, but if there are challenges or setbacks, the price and/or timeline may have to be adjusted with your approval.
If your project causes major slow-downs, we reserve the right to adjust the project timeline accordingly. Plushmaking is not an exact art. Unforeseen challenges may come up during production that require more time and money to solve.

✓ I am familiar with BSP’s work, and I know how the custom plush creation process goes.
✓ I understand that BigSexyPlush does not provide refunds for any custom labor.
✓ I will communicate with BSP using only one email address. (Preferably your PayPal email)
✓ I am ready to pay the non-refundable $500 consultation fee. (Not a downpayment)

🖼️ 3D model sculpt with three (3) revision drafts (not including painting or patterning).
🤳 Progress photos will be sent after each planned phase of your project.

🗺️ Is your shipping address in the US or elsewhere?
🐑 The plush can ship with full or partial fiberfill stuffing. Maximum box size is 36x14x14 inches.
📦 Consider the plush size, shipping cost, and import tax if you are not in the US.
