Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards Policy

Professional Conduct
1.1. Integrity: All staff, tutors, and trainers are expected to uphold the highest levels of integrity, honesty, and fairness in their professional conduct. This includes acting in the best interests of our students and maintaining trust in all interactions.
1.2. Respect: We promote a respectful and inclusive environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
1.3. Confidentiality: Staff, tutors, and trainers are required to maintain the confidentiality of student records, personal information, and any sensitive or proprietary information they may have access to during the course of their work. This confidentiality extends beyond the duration of their employment or engagement with Asiawise Study Center.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
2.1. Legal Compliance: All staff, tutors, and trainers must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards relevant to their roles and responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to education laws, consumer protection laws, copyright laws, data protection laws, and health and safety regulations.

Conflict Resolution: In case of disputes or conflicts, staff, tutors, and trainers should seek resolution through open communication, constructive dialogue, and proper channels of conflict resolution provided by Asiawise Study Center. It is essential to maintain professionalism and respect throughout the resolution process.
Reporting Violations
4.1. Reporting Procedure: Any staff, tutor, or trainer who becomes aware of a potential violation of this Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards Policy should promptly report it to their supervisor, the designated authority, or through designated reporting channels.
4.2. Non-Retaliation: Asiawise Study Center strictly prohibits retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible, and appropriate measures will be taken to address reported violations.
Disciplinary Actions
5.1. Investigation and Action: Reported violations of this policy will be thoroughly and impartially investigated by Asiawise Study Center. If a violation is substantiated, appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken, which may include counseling, warnings, fines, suspension, termination, or legal intervention, as warranted by the severity of the violation.
