Due to our theatrical programming, all of our parties are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays.

About Info – All Parties

• All parties are located at the SkyRise Studio, 76 Otis St, Westborough, MA
• The studio will be fantastically decorated for your child’s special day according to the theme chosen. This will include decor for the guest tables and cake table, centerpieces, and room decor.
• We take care of the setup, we provide the fun, serve the food, clean up, and more! You are our guest!
• We bag up the birthday gifts to be opened at home.
• Included with the party purchase price are two, large (15”), cheese pizzas. They are cut into 8 slices each, and we can provide to-go containers on request.
• Included with the party purchase is also a mini-cake for the birthday child, and little cupcakes-in-a-jar for all other guests.

Conditions

• $150 deposit due upon booking
• The count for party guests must be finalized by 3 days prior to the party date. This must be a list of ALL guests, including the birthday child. The parties cannot exceed 25 people, including the birthday child and any family members in attendance.
• No one, including the host family, may arrive more than 10 minutes before the start of the party.
• Parties will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Ask your guests to arrive 5 minutes early- they will have to fill out a health survey for their child prior to entering the studio.
• Once the party has ended, there is a 15-minute grace period during which everyone may leave. In the event that people are still at the studio past this time, a $25 extended time fee will be added to your invoice.
• The final invoice must be paid at the conclusion of the party. There is an additional $50 fee added each day any invoice is left unpaid.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellations: The $150 deposit is non-refundable. Parties may be canceled for a full refund (excepting the deposit) up to 14 days prior to the event date. If the event is canceled within the 14-day window, the full party balance will be charged.

Modifications: If, within 14 days of the event, you wish to reschedule the party, there will be a $50 fee added to the party invoice. Once a party has been rescheduled, it cannot be canceled for a refund.
