National Suicide Prevention Lifeline - Call the lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 for confidential support for you and/or your loved ones that need help. Visit the website for online chat as well.

Crisis Text Line - 24/7 texting support for those in need of a counselor immediately. Text START to 741-741. Within 5 minutes you should be connected to someone who will chat with you about any concerns.

The LGBTQ National Hotline - Visit the website for days and hours available. Call 1-888-843-4564 or visit the website for online chat to speak with someone on any topics including: coming out, relationship concerns, bullying, workplace issues, HIV/AIDS information and support, and lots more.
