What can I expect from Out of Office Fridays?

Out Of Office Fridays is a fun-filled pool party from day to night starting at 1 p.m. and going till 9 p.m. Prepare for good vibes and lots of energy with our music connoisseurs playing the best in AfroBeats, Hiphop, House, and good party vibes.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Wave Palm, Radisson Beach Resort, West Palm, Dubai.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an outdoor venue with pool.

How long does the experience last?

The event starts at 1 p.m. and finishes at 9 p.m.

Is there air conditioning?

Indoor areas will have air conditioning.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes, this experience is accessible for deaf and visually impaired people.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and tag @ooofridays .

When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted unless pre-arranged with organisers.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?

Yes, there will be tables and sunbeds.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

Yes.

Can I smoke or vape?

Yes.

ACCESS

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are not required for this experience.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?  

We recommend arriving between 1–5 p.m. to enjoy pool party vibes and then from 5 p.m. till late for sundowners.

What happens if I arrive late?

We suggest you to arrive at the scheduled time, as we can't guarantee we will be able to accommodate you if you arrive late.

Can I bring animals?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

18+ with valid ID.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us via email or social media if you have any questions.

Is there parking available?

Yes.

What if the weather is bad?

Weather in Dubai is never bad, but in case the event is canceled we will contact you via email.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Unfortunately there are no wheelchairs available to rent at the venue.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance; tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do you have carer tickets?

Unfortunately carer tickets are not available for this experience.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for the Out of Office Fridays Pool Party at Wane Palm, Dubai can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
