Lunar is looking for a passionate, outgoing Brand Builder to help build our brand in Boston.

About the Role & Responsibilities

As a Brand Builder, your role is to engage with consumers and customers to educate them on our product and mission that makes us unique. Within the marketing team, at Lunar you’ll be leading the charge on sharing the Lunar story within the Boston area by finding opportunities to showcase our brand, from partnering with local organizations, planning and executing events, managing local partners and influencers, and beyond.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Plan and execute brand activations and events, including but not limited to community events, curated brand events, festivals, parties, happy hours, and tastings
• Engage with consumers and customers to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and drive sales
• Identify, build relationships with, and manage local organizations, influencers and brands to increase brand awareness
• Transport product and marketing materials to and from events
• Setup/breakdown, maintain, and clean materials
• Adapt Lunar’s core messaging to connect authentically in the assigned market
• Perform 2 to 3-hour samplings across events and at retail and on-premise accounts
• Engage with staff and consumers on Lunar story, products and flavors
• Complete event and demo recaps communicating customer and consumer feedback and performance
• Seek incremental opportunities to grow Lunar brand within accounts

The ideal candidate:

• 21 years of age or older at the time of application
• Live in Boston with access to a reliable car
• Passionate, interpersonal and confident in engaging with people
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High and excitable energy for taking on new challenges with a hands-on attitude
• A team-first & success-oriented attitude with a growth mindset
• Understanding or empathy to develop an understanding of AAPI culture
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to handle 20 lb. cases and stand for long periods of time
• Strong local network and ties

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation will be hourly; this role is non-exempt and is part-time to start
