a. Health Supplements: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of health supplements, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

b. Health Coaching Services: We are committed to providing valuable health coaching services to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our coaching services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Refunds for health coaching services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

c. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@optimalwellness.support with your order details and reason for the refund. Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Health Supplements: Orders for health supplements can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

b. Health Coaching Services: If you need to reschedule or cancel a health coaching session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a missed session fee.

3. Exceptions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

b. Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital products such as e-books or online courses unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
