Our number one priority has always been the safety of our clients, not just behind the wheel but health and well being. We consider you all a part of our extended family. That being said, we do recognize the extra heightened concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus and we want to inform you of the additional precautions we have taken.
First, we are closely monitoring the latest developments following the guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. Second, we are taking several actions to help you feel confident about your health safety while you are here visiting us. We have hand sanitizer readily available and are sanitizing our waiting area, from door knobs to countertops, multiple times a day.
In addition, every employee is wearing a new pair of gloves in each vehicle we’re servicing. Door handles are being sanitized as well as steering wheels. We have chosen not to spray an aerosol based disinfectant in vehicles for safety of sensitive asthmatics, though it is available upon request.
With multiple employees here managing autoimmune disease and asthma we take the current global health concerns very seriously. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide the best service possible to our extended family.
