The Job
- We are looking for a positive and nurturing full-time Instructional Aide, strong in high school English and Math - to inspire students to be engaged and find joy in learning.
- You will provide in-person support to teachers, classrooms, and students in small groups or in one-on-one assistance - so students may have additional support.
- The ideal instructional aide is creative and patient, working with different learners, including exceptional student learners, providing academic support and inspiration.
The Requirements
- An Associate’s Degree (or - 60 completed college semester hours - or - a passing score on the paraprofessional test)
- Strong English Language Arts and Math skills - to support high school students
- Possession of - or able to attain - a valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Evidence of successful experience in student and adult relations
