SANDWINA provides a platform that connects coaches (each a “Coach” or “Lifter”) with women who need lifting (each a “Client”). Whether you use SANDWINA as a Lifter or Client, this privacy policy (this “Policy”) applies to you. It details our privacy practices concerning the personal information you provide when you access and use SANDWINA. It describes the types of information we collect and our practices regarding their uses, protection, disclosure, retention, etc.

By accessing and using SANDWINA and providing us with personal information, you consent to our privacy practices as described in this Policy. Your consent to this Policy will be confirmed when you click the “I agree” button during account creation.

Your use of SANDWINA is also conditioned on you agreeing to our Terms of Use (for Clients) or Coaching Agreement (for Lifters). We strongly advise that you read and agree to these agreements along with this Policy before using SANDWINA.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, beacons, and other tracking technologies (collectively “Cookies”) on the website. In relation to the website, we use Cookies to track user sessions and collect some of the information collected automatically, such as user device time zone. We care about your privacy – we employ commercially reasonable security measures in ensuring your information is inaccessible to unauthorized parties. We do not only disclose information except as described above, but also store our data in a private encrypted database and force users to authenticate themselves before accessing their information. However, you are aware that no data protection practice over the internet is 100% secure. You understand that we cannot guarantee your information will not be exploited or accessed by unauthorized parties.

Correcting and deleting your information

You have certain rights in relation to the personal information we collect from you. You can request to access and correct your personal information. You can as well request that we delete your personal information and user account from our database. You can request to access and correct your information via your user profile. To request the deletion of your information, please get in touch with us at support@tangram.com. We may be unable to correct or delete your information if it overrides any law or our legitimate interests.

Children Policy

SANDWINA is not targeted at women below 18 years of age. It is targeted at people who are at least 18 years of age. If you submit personal information to us, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may only use SANDWINA if you are below 18 years of age under the supervision of a legal guardian or at least a parent. If you are a parent or legal guardian whose child has submitted personal information to us without your supervision, you may reach out to us via support@tangram.com to have it deleted.

Do Not Track signals

A Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a browser setting that, when activated, prevents a website owner from tracking your use of their website. Under applicable law, we are required to notify you if we respond to DNT signals or not. Due to the inconsistency in DNT signals among industry participants, we do not currently respond.
