REQUEST FOR QUOTE
The Breaks Interstate Park Commission is seeking quotes for tree/brush removal services.
All respondents must comply with the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity requirements and, upon request, must supply documentation of compliance to the Commission.

The Commission requires tree/brush removal services. The successful offeror will be offered a contract to provide said services based on the scope of work description below.
The successful offeror will work directly with the Park Superintendent and Director of Operations to transfer existing overhead fiber optic and television cables from an old set of poles to a new set of poles. Most poles are in close proximity to roadway, but some may require hand climbing depending on bidder’s equipment. A site visit is highly recommended so potential bidder can determine exactly what hardware is needed. Details below:

This RFQ does not commit the Commission to enter into an agreement or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal or in any subsequent negotiations. Acceptance of a proposal by the Commission is not a notice to proceed. The Commission reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals.
The Commission will utilize a selection committee to review all proposals for services, conduct any interviews, and obtain references as appropriate in evaluating the qualifications of the responding applicants. Briefly, proposals will be evaluated on the following:

For consideration, one (1) copy of the proposal must be received not later than 4:()() p.m. on December 2, 2019. The submittals are to be marked on the outside "Proposal for Tree/Brush Removal.” All submissions must be mailed and received by the deadline and addressed to:

After the quotes are reviewed, Park Management, will meet with the applicant or applicants it deems best qualified for a more detailed discussion of the offeror's qualifications.
