⭕️ Hospitals (logistical support):

• Fuel for electric generators
• Transport cost of medical staff, volunteers and patients
• Supplying and running the hospital kitchens
• Medical supplies and medicine: ideally through partners

⭕️ Neighborhood Clinics:

• Running costs including topping up medical supplies: divided into small ($500 monthly) medium ($1000 monthly) large ($2000 monthly)
• Medical supplies and medicine provision
• Cost to transport patients to hospitals

⭕️ Services (Water/ electricity/ telecommunications/ public transport):

• Maintenance costs
• Material and tool purchase
• Providing sewage drainage costs to evacuation and children centers

⭕️ Food Security:

• Communal Soup Kitchens: divided into small ($750 monthly) medium ($1500 monthly) large ($3000 monthly)
• Food distribution bought in bulk locally then distributed: averaging $50 per family per month

⭕️ Evacuation Centers:

• Kitchen setup, supply and food distribution
• Shelter setup and supply including mattress, covers, soup, tooth brushes, tooth paste…

⭕️ Children Centers:

• Children Centers are child friendly spaces in schools or youth centers, which includes a children special meal complement: the centers are divided into small ($1000 monthly) medium ($2000 monthly) large ($4000 monthly)
• Psychosocial support setup and activity pool to be used for psychosocial events, education, library, art supplies, chairs and space maintenance

⭕️ Cash Based Transfers:

• Individual cash transfers in partnership with local and international NGOs
• Women Coops group cash transfer. Each group includes 10 to 15 women who support each other through gatherings, small projects and individual assistance to community members: $500 monthly per group

 ⭕️ Women Response Rooms (WRR):

• GBV case management and support
• Women centric psychosocial support and needs
• Women break rooms: safe spaces for gathering and activities

⭕️ Community Initiatives:

• Encouragement and support for local creative mutual aid initiatives
