CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
- Aqua Boxing: Try this new shallow water class to get a full body workout using the resistance of the water.
- Aqua Drumming: Move and groove to the beat of your drumsticks with various strength and cardio exercises in the shallow end of the pool.
- Aqua Strength: Enjoy shallow water cardio and strength intervals during this total body workout!
- Cardio Splash: Use the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and flexibility in this shallow water class. Later weekend class time is perfect for our late risers!
- Cardio Splash & Stretch: Use the resistance of the water and weights to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and flexibility. Easy to follow moves, with a full body stretch at the end of class.
- Dancin’ in the Deep: combines the benefits of aquatic exercise with high-energy choreographed dance routines. No dance background necessary - just the willingness to move and have fun. Must be comfortable in deep water with a buoyancy belt for up to 60 minutes.
- Deep Water Cardio & Strength: Enjoy deep water cardio and strength intervals during this total body workout!
- Deep Water Dynamics: Deep water no impact, joint-friendly, endurance workout.
- Deep Water Intensity: Intense deep water cardio intervals boost your heart rate, energizing and invigorating you!
- Deep Water Tone & Stretch: Deep water, no impact, joint-friendly, endurance workout.
- Full Body Aqua: Full focus on flexibility, strengthening, cardio, and balance. Prepare to focus on fitness and fun in this well-rounded shallow water workout experience.
- Rise & Shine: Shake up your morning routine with this shallow water class! Total body workout that emphasizes strengthening.
- Splash! Aqua Fitness: Experience a fun and challenging aqua workout with a blend of cardio and strength exercises in a fantastic shallow water session. Prepare yourself to push your limits!
- Aqua Exercise: Low impact, high intensity water aerobics class, no swimming needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility and range of motion, increase strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance.
