Privacy policy
This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how SerenaVisions Technology Inc. ("SerenaVisions Technology Inc.", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide in the mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Services"). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.
Collection of information by our servers
Our servers do NOT collect or record any information (personal or otherwise) from your device through this Mobile Application. No database for collection of user's information is configured or programmed on our servers for collection of user's data from our gaming apps. However we DO make use of any third-party analytics tools (e.g Facebook Analytics) and/or for improvement of the Mobile Application and personalized advertisement purposes.
Third party analytic services
We use third party analytics tools of Facebook Analytics and GameAnalytics to improve the Mobile Application, get insight to building new game features and understand the potential failed features, as well as display in-App advertisements. The usage data gathered by these services is specified in the privacy policy of the mentioned service, which we urge you to review.
Our services may contain third party tracking tools from our service providers (Facebook Analytics and GameAnalytics). Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our services to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, Media Access Control ("MAC") address, International Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI"), locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, and IP addresses, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Information Received from Third Parties: SerenaVisions Technology Inc. may also be given access to certain information third parties have collected from a user or a user’s device, through use of such third party’s services, games, websites, applications, or other services. In the event SerenaVisions Technology Inc. is given access to such information, SerenaVisions Technology Inc.'s access to and use of such information will be subject to and consistent with the privacy policies of the third party responsible for initially collecting it. Please note: SerenaVisions Technology Inc. cannot prevent third party advertisers from obtaining information about users from publicly available sources (online profiles, social media, etc.)
Privacy of children
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13 (or of any of our users). We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information.
Links to other mobile applications
Our Mobile Application may contain links to other mobile applications that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other mobile applications or third-parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Mobile Application and to read the privacy statements of each and every mobile application that may collect Personal Information.
Legal disclosure
We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right and may to update this policy from time to time at our discretion. In case we collect your personal information we will publish any material changes to the way in which we treat Personal Information . When changes are made, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide information in other ways at our discretion, such as through contact information you have provided. Any updated version of this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Mobile Application or Services after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.
