Introduction

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by UneeQ Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Upon entering the competition, you agree that you do so as the representative of your company, not as an individual. The winner will therefore have their digital human designed for the company, for company use, not for individual use.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

Participants may enter as many ideas as they like by submitting the form at www.uneeq.com/brandingmatters. It is completely free to enter. UneeQ Ltd. employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

The Prize

The winning prize will be a digital human designed by our team, and one year’s hosting, with access to the UneeQ platform to deploy your digital human for real-time interaction.

The winning participant will work with our team to design their digital human for free (up to a value of US$100,000). The team at UneeQ will work to a reasonable extent to adhere to your brand guidelines and technical specification. Alternatively, should you choose, the prize can be used to iterate upon your own digital human prototype – for instance, an avatar made using Unreal’s MetaHuman platform, or from another digital human company.

Other costs may apply should you then wish to expand your experience beyond what is included in the prize, and UneeQ will provide pricing options to do so on request. This might include (but is not limited to) professional/managed services fees, custom integrations or more bespoke digital human deployments. All additional costs will be agreed upon with the winning participant beforehand.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

UneeQ reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value, or to withdraw the prize, if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

UneeQ Ltd.'s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on 31 October, 2023.

UneeQ Ltd. will make two attempts to contact the winner via the email address provided.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and UneeQ Ltd. reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

UneeQ Ltd. will not be able to notify those who do not win.

Delivery of the Prize

The winning participant and their brand marketing team will be required to make themselves available to work with our team on the design of the digital human. This may include attending virtual workshops and calls to understand and iterate on your requirements, all of which will be facilitated by our team at no cost to the winning participant.

The timeline for the delivery of the prize will depend on your availability, the specifications you desire and many other technical requirements. While UneeQ Ltd. always endeavors to deliver digital human solutions promptly, upon entering this competition you agree and acknowledge that delivery timelines are difficult to estimate and as such UneeQ gives no defined date for delivery of your prize.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by UneeQ Ltd. for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes (as a Client, User or Marketing Contact as detailed in our Privacy Policy and Legal notices.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing marketing@uneeq.com.

Limitation of Liability

UneeQ Ltd. accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

UneeQ Ltd. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
