Welcome to Sticky Notes Plus ("Extension") by NJM Development. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Extension and any related services provided ("Services"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

The Extension offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse the Extension for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• Ensure that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the Extension, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of NJM Development or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. In no event shall NJM Development, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Extension or Services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Extension by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Extension.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NJM Development and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Extension and Services;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property;
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Extension and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
