The Hands
- Serve in and improve existing children’s programs
- Use trauma-responsive approach in all interactions with children
- Assist program director with administrative tasks
- Plan and execute children’s programming in collaboration with other staff
- Communicating with families about programming and addressing issues
- Collaborate with children’s programming director and other staff members in managing challenges for children’s programming
- Cultivate relationships with families in One Hope’s programs and with our Rose Bowl neighbors through outreach events, time in the neighborhood, and other intentional strategies
- Participate in training, staff development, and additional programs as needed
- Maintain continuous lines of communication and collaboration, keeping children’s programming director informed of all critical issues and significant opportunities
One Hope Tulsa team members are expected to think outside of their own job description to help further the mission of One Hope.
17-30 hours/week at $12-15/hour
