Go to the Login screen and click on “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password. The email may take a few minutes to reach your inbox and if not there, check your spam folder. If you still need assistance, reach out to the EDC Admin to have it manually reset.
Why does my account show my W-9 as waiting to be verified?
Player accounts will be marked as verified once an EDC Admin has pulled the W-9 file. If you have completed the W-9 please allow 7-10 business days for admin to complete. Other issues can occur if the name on the W-9 is different from the name on your account. Please text in if you think this might be the case for your account!

Select the “Login” option on our website and use the username and password you set while creating your account.
Creating an Account
Creating an account with EDC takes a few steps, but once complete, you’re good to join any of the tournaments you qualify for! Create an account using your email address and set your password. You’ll receive an email from us with some helpful tips for how to engage with the community. You’ll then need to update your account from the dashboard where you can fill out W-9 form, get your stats verified by sending us your stats on your Bullshooter LIve account. Why do I need an account?
With an account, you can participate in our regulated tournaments, showcasing your darting skills against players from across the country. Your account allows you to customize your profile, providing information such as your previous dart stats and W-9 details for collecting winnings, ensuring a tailored experience. Having an account is also required to send payments out and verify new players coming into the program.
Payouts
How do payouts work?
We process payout the same night as your event. If you have not received your payout by the morning after your event, please contact admin right away as there was probably an error.
I haven’t received my payout yet
In some cases, payouts may not be sent until the next day due to an issue or problem, and in such cases, we will contact you to alert you of the issue that is holding up your payout. If you haven’t received your payout contact your tournament coordinator at (845) 752-9332.
Refunds
How do I request a refund?
Please log into your player account at edcremote.com and fill out the refund request form.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds, when applicable, are processed exclusively through Authorize.net and are handled promptly. Please note that refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. Refunds are only processed Monday through Friday, so any refund requests will be addressed on the next business day.
If I have board issues can I get a refund?
Refunds can be requested before the tournament begins. If board issues happen such as camera, board goes out, internet issues, etc. and are not due to an error made by EDC Remote you will not be eligible for a refund. You agreed to play at your own risk when accepting to play for the night, we would recommend reaching out to your board operator to get a resolve for your issue.
Gameplay
Can I back up a dart?
We follow the rule that the “board doesn’t lie” the only time that back ups are allowed is if you go to pull a dart and forget to hit the red button before pulling your darts and it counts when it should not have.
Am I allowed to throw in 2 tournaments at once?
Yes, so long as you abide by forfeit rules. We do not recommend board sharing.
Am I allowed to throw at the dart board while my opponent shoots?
We prefer you do not out of courtesy and sportsmanship with your opponent. We encourage good dart etiquette and sportsmanship at all times to create a culture of respect and fun for our EDC Dart Family.
What do I do if my dart misregisters?
Push the red button and move on. Do not tap darts. Tapping of darts will be documented and a foul will be called. If it becomes an issue where it happens many times after being warned other actions will be taken.
What do I do if I have a stuck segment?
Pull your dart out that was stuck- if it counts when pulling it then back it up and do not count that dart. This will be considered a dead dart as it was thrown and you will only get 2 darts that round.
Can I tap darts?
No. You must select the red button and move on if your board does not register. Play at your own risk, and be sure to test your board before starting.
How do I contact my opponent?
Visit edcremote.com, login, and click on “White Board” to see the daily entries and player contact info. Player contact information is on the right side of the sign-ups.
Why can’t I see my match on the dart board?
You may be on a bye, or the EDC Admin has not sent the bracket live yet.
How do I find the tournament on the dart board?
Go to “Tournament Mode” on your dart board, select “Tournament King Online,” and scan the QR code.
What is the 7-Point Bust Rule?
If you shoot 7+ rating points over the average stats you send in to get verified, you will bust and be ineligible to win payouts. Once you have played in 20 games with EDC Remote, you will become an EVP and this rule will no longer apply. For cricket only events the bust rule is .7.
How do I fix my dart board camera?
Unplug the dart board, plug it back in and test again. If this does not work, please contact the local operator and find another board to play on.
Getting your Bullshooter Player Code
This is the code that will allow us to send your tournament to your location! Please download the Bullshooter Live App at the App store, create an account and send us your Player Number. This will also allow you to receive notifications when your board is ready, show you the live bracket, and other features. If you are having issues with your bullshooter account please contact them, we are not bullshooter so do not have the capability to troubleshoot their app or account issues.
What is reverse handicap?
In a game of 01, the player with handicap will start at 01, and their higher-rated opponent will start higher than 01, the higher the skill, the higher the increase.
How am I ranked and placed?
Players are ranked and placed based on their performance in EDC Remote tournaments. Rankings are determined by factors such as win-loss record, average points per dart (PPD), and marks per round (MPR). The system considers both skill level and participation frequency to ensure fair competition and accurate placement.
How do I find dart machines?
To find dart machines for EDC Remote tournaments, download the Bullshooter Live App, create an account, and access the “Tournament Mode” to locate available machines near you.
What if an event I entered doesn’t fly?
If an event doesn’t occur, typically due to insufficient sign-ups or unforeseen circumstances, participants are usually refunded their entry fees or provided credit for future events.
How much does this cost?
There is no cost to be a member of EDC Remote, you pay to play. The event registration costs vary depending on the event, amount of team players, and bounty selection. Visit our Events page to view upcoming events and the fees associated with each event.

How does the cap work?
For example, if we have a 100 cap doubles event, your partner and your rating may be up to 100.99 combined, but when it flips to the next whole number, you “bust the cap,” and will need to find another event in which you meet the cap requirements. This is called a “soft cap” rule.
How do I know if my registration form is complete?
Visit www.edcremote.com and click on “Daily White Board” to see the daily entries. Go to the recent entries tab. Look for your name- if you are highlighted all the way across on the White Board, your form is complete. Admin will leave notes for you if any aspect is incomplete.

What is an EVP Rating?
A Player’s EVP Rating is how to determine if the player qualifies for a capped event, and is a quick way for all players to know the approximate skill level of a given verified EDC Remote Dart Player. EVP Rating will be calculated by the following formula utilizing your Marks Per Round (MPR) and Points Per Dart (PPD): (MPR X 10) + PPD = EVP Rating
What if I don’t have stats?
If you have never played in a league or tournament, or most recent stats are severely outdated, you can log games on your Bullshooter Live account by downloading the app, signing onto the Bullshooter board, and login to 20 games in Cricket and 20 games of 501 on your player profile.
How do I take a screenshot?
Android devices
You should be able to take screenshots on most Android devices by holding down the ‘Power’ and ‘Volume down’ buttons. Some devices also have a screenshot button in the pull-down menu.
Apple devices
Press the side button and the volume up button at the same time. Quickly release both buttons. After you take a screenshot, a thumbnail temporarily appears in the lower-left corner of your screen. Tap the thumbnail to open it or swipe left to dismiss it.

Player Stats are updated daily and can be found on our website, www.edcremote.com under “Player Stats.” The player rating is a rolling 6-month average. Each day games may fall off. If you do not play often, you can go below the 20 games you need to have a rating and will have to get reverified. Please enter those stats in your player account at edcremote.com. If you need to update your highest known stats or if you see an error in your stats, please reach out to us by calling or texting 845-PLAY-EDC

Players will need to create an edcremote.com player account and upload the highest known stats, please check TOC, Local League, Iowa Darts, NADO and Phoenix Darts.

Uploading Stats for New Player
New players are required to upload their highest known stats. EDC Remote is not responsible for finding a player's highest known stats that is on the player. If the player provides stats that are not accurate and higher stats are provided during a bracket you will be forfeited. There will be an investigation done to see if this was cheating and if it was found to be cheating you will have a life time ban from the program. We have no tolerance for cheating.
