Atanas Kolarovski Tribute

May 6 & 7, 2022

Content provided by Franklin Houston

There will be an online tribute – “Atanas Forever” – to Atanas Kolarovski on Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7, 2022. Here is the link to register; there is no charge. Atanas was an internationally-recognized dancer, teacher, and choreographer of Macedonian dances for over 50 years. He passed away in March at the age of 95. Atanas presented a workshop in Austin in December of 1966 (see the pictures of Atanas at a party that weekend at Chuck and Kaye Roth’s home). He also was the principal teacher at the 1969 Texas Folk Dance Camp.
