Tickets

What are the different ticket types?

There are tiered tickets that can be found on the seating map.

Individual seats are not allocated with tickets, but rather zones. Due to this make sure to arrive early to be able to pick between which seats are available in your zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Ticket changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Where is the experience taking place?

The National Centre for Early Music, St Margarets Church, Walmgate, York YO1 9TL.

How do I get to the venue?

Car

The National Centre for Early Music is approximately 40 minutes drive from Harrogate, 45 minutes from Leeds city centre, 1 hour from Hull and 30 minutes from junction 45 of the A1(M). There are a number of car parks nearby but space can be limited so please allow enough time to park and walk in.

Public Transport

Bus - Piccadilly Bus Stop (26 bus) is a 5 minute walk to the venue

Train Station - Nearest train station is York Train Station which is a 23 minute walk

Is there food served?

No food is allowed in the venue, but drinks can be purchased at the venue

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

 

Does this venue have disability access?

The National Marine Aquarium is committed to providing Access for All and is accessible by ramps and lifts throughout. There are a number of disabled parking bays on-site, as well as drop-off points for minibuses and coaches, and they also have a limited number of wheelchairs available on-site, free of charge and on a first-come, first-served basis.

The National Marine Aquarium provides full disabled toilet facilities.
