Community Guidelines

Ink AI is an online synthetic media application with an artificial intelligence technology where users may virtually try on tattoo sketches and instantly see how these tattoos fit. We want to foster a community where creativity and expression thrive.
At the foundation, this application must be based on respect, safety and support. These Community Guidelines reflect our values and specify the code of conduct we expect to see in all content on Ink AI and followed by all members of the Ink AI community.
The goal is to clearly outline what is allowed and what is not permitted. At the same time, it is difficult to anticipate all potential situations that might arise. Ink AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to say what content violates the spirit of these guidelines and will not be permitted.
We also count on your proactive, responsible use of Ink AI as specified further in the guidelines and encourage our community to report content that contradicts these guidelines via our app or by email hey@ink-ai.app.
Sexually explicit content
Don’t upload or share any pornographic, vulgar, or offensive content.
Don’t upload or share any non-consensual sexual imagery.
Nudity in images is not allowed.
Minor safety
Users of the Ink AI app must meet our minimum age requirement(s) (check our Terms of Use ).
Don’t upload or share sexual content involving any person under the age of 18, including you.
Any content that depicts physical or psychological abuse involving minors is strictly prohibited.
You may not use the images of minors. If you are a minor, you may use your own picture if you meet our minimum age requirement.
Harassment & Bullying
Bullying or harassment of any kind is not allowed.
Don’t upload or share content with the intention of bullying, harassing or threatening someone.
Don’t upload or share content depicting people in private places (for instance, a bathroom or locker room) without their knowledge and consent.
Be respectful of others — ask for permission before using someone else’s personally identifiable information to create content and delete content you created with the Ink AI app if someone asks you to.
Don’t collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Ink AI app from other users without their explicit written permission.
Violence & Hate speech
Don’t upload or share any content that is physically or psychologically violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person, entity or animal.
Don’t upload or share any content that promotes self-harm such as suicide, self-mutilation, or body shaming.
You may not discriminate or directly attack other users on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, body size or shape, disability, or veteran status.
Don’t upload or share any content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group.
Don’t upload or share any content that denies well-documented violent events such as the Holocaust and Holodomor.
Fake or misleading information.
Don’t upload or share any political content that impersonates or is intended to impersonate other people in a speculative or misleading way.
Do not upload or share any content that can manipulate or interfere in elections or other civic processes.
Don’t post, publish, submit or transmit any content that is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive outside of an entertainment context.
Don’t impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Illegal content
Don’t violate any applicable law or regulation.
Don’t use Ink AI to promote or execute any kind of illegal activities such as trafficking drugs, selling counterfeit goods or illegal weapons, etc.
Don’t upload or share content that violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability.
Terrorism
Content that promotes violent extremism, terrorism or any recognized terrorist organizations is prohibited.
Intellectual property
Don’t upload or share content that infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.
Platform integrity
Don’t attempt to distort, modify, remove or otherwise alter any digital watermarks, labels or authenticity markers on Ink AI content, either visual or metadata.
Don’t attempt to evade or circumvent any mechanism, instrument, tool or moderation policy Ink AI has implemented to protect the rights of users, third-parties or content holders, ensure compliance with these guidelines or comply with legal or regulatory standards; do not share or distribute knowledge of such means or methods.
Don’t use, display, mirror or frame Ink AI or any individual element, Ink AI’s name, any Ink AI’s trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without Ink AI’s express written consent.
Don’t access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Ink AI’s services, Ink AI’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Ink AI’s providers.
Don’t attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any Ink AI system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.
Don’t avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Ink AI or any of Ink AI’s providers or any other third-party (including another user).
Don’t attempt to access or search the Ink AI app or download content from Ink AI using any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by Ink AI or other generally available third-party web browsers.
Don’t send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, chain letters or other form of solicitation.
Don’t use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a Ink AI trademark, logo URL or product name without Ink AI’s express written consent.
Don’t forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use Ink AI to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information.
Don’t interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Ink AI.
Enforcement
These Community Guidelines apply to all members and all content available via the Ink AI community.
Depending on the severity of violation, we may notify law enforcement.
Violations of our Terms of Use and these Community Guidelines may also result in a range of warnings, sanctions and/or actions taken by Ink AI against your use of the Ink AI app, including temporary or permanent suspensions of your use of the app and bans of individuals or organizations from the community.
We welcome feedback on these Community Guidelines. We also encourage anyone to report violations of our Terms of Use and these guidelines within the app or by emailing us at hey@ink-ai.app.
